This is a great place off the beaten path. In a little strip center that blends in so keep an eye out for it.

You order at the counter and they brought our dinner out. It’s a pretty simple place and they have booths and tables.

I ordered the large Philly with mushrooms and onion rings. The Philly was huge and the meat was really good. I wish it had cheez whiz that would really top it off well. The onion rings were not special at all. Obviously frozen store bought.

My son had the wings and they were not that great. The sauce was really wet and made the wings mushy. The taste was just ok.

My husband ordered a 12" standard Philly Cheesesteak I ordered a 6" #2. When they brought it out, there wasn't enough meat to cover the roll. When I asked the staff for more meat I got attitude and was told that would be the "extra meat" selection. The food was great, but the staff is very rude.

I heard great things but unfortunately didn't meet my expectations especially being from the northeast. The service was very good as he was very friendly and welcoming. I got a meat and cheese only cheese steak. The bread was soft and fresh but there was barely any meat or cheese. Tasted okay but again couldn't taste any cheese and barely any meat. They do have tastycakes which are a staple dessert in the northeast but they didn't come in their original packaging so not sure if they're even tastycakes. Overall If you want a good cheese steak there are better options to pick from in the metroplex.

Been coming here for years, like almost 10. These new people they have working there are just not the business. Last time I came the guy on the register gave me such a hard time about extra ketchup packets. I specifically asked for A LOT of extra packets. I said I would pay for it if it's an issue. Well this evening was the kicker for me. First, the lady working had walked over to the register area to take a peek at my ticket to get a head start on it. I say this because I specifically work in this industry so I could tell that's what she was doing. The gentleman on the register got really rude with her and asked if she would like to be on the register. She was trying to tell him she was just getting a head start but the gentleman was again very rude to her. That is not how you act, especially in the front of house. And it shouldn't be done in the back of house either because employees should not be treating each other that way. Well, now back to my actual order. I clearly stated when I placed my order that I did not want any of the special sauce just a lot of extra ketchup packets. The guy looked at me and I said it again "like a lot of extra ketchup packets". And he nodded as if he understood. I paid for my $15 order and left a $5 tip which is well above the 20% that most people expect. I went next door to half Price books to kill time while they made my order and when I came back it was ready. I looked at the gentleman I said are my extra ketchup packets in there and he reached over and grabbed a couple and put them in there. I was assuming that he had already done what I had requested when I placed my order which was no special sauce and A LOT extra ketchup packets and was adding even a few more. Like I said, he then grabbed a couple and threw them in the bag and again I just assumed (my fault) that he was adding more to what was already in there that I had requested when I placed my order. Nope! I get all the way home which is 20 minutes away which means I drove well out of my way just to come to this restaurant to get all the way home and only have five packets of ketchup. Just five. And I have two containers of the special sauce I clearly stated that I did not want any of. So not only are your employees rude and do not listen to the paying customer. They are also purposely wasting your product because I'm literally going to throw this in the trash. And with the cost of goods and everything right now for restaurants and businesses, the last thing anyone needs is purposeful waste. I really don't know if I'll ever come back here. It might be worth it to drive 25 minutes to Fred's instead. Because now I've tipped somebody for service they did not provide and did not earn. And now I am out an hour of my time and $10 because these spicy fries are also going to go right in the trash.

We walked in at 8:03, knowing they close at 8:30 and a man mopping said to go ahead on to order because they’re still open then an older woman with white hair behind the counter gave him a stank face and barked at him and said no, she was already doing her report. It was so awkward and rude so we just left. Would have been a 100 sale as there was 5 of us.

Also the woman never picked her head up to look at us and greet us.

Dawg, my fingers are still a lil greasy as I type... but this is HANDS DOWN the best place to get a cheesesteak in Dallas county. Just do it. Get the fries and the sauce too. You're welcome ??
