Billy Can Can offers a fun atmosphere in a lovely street. Great place to meet for drinks with friends. Food is solid, particularly the Burger and fish dip which are very above-average. Other items on the menu are average but do the job.

Billy Can Can offers a fun, lively atmosphere with a Southern-inspired menu that focuses on comfort food and barbecue favorites. The portions are generous, and the flavors are bold and satisfying. The rustic decor adds to the casual, welcoming vibe. Service is friendly and attentive, making it a great spot for gatherings with friends or family. Perfect if you’re craving hearty, flavorful dishes in a relaxed setting.

Returning for our second visit, we were once again impressed by this unique dining destination that blends authentic Western charm with a modern twist. The atmosphere is warm, lively, and inviting — the kind of place where a cowboy hat feels right at home.

From start to finish, the food, drinks, and service were exceptional. Reservations are recommended for special seating, though the bar offers an intimate and friendly experience for smaller parties. If it weren’t for our drive from North Dallas, we’d be here all the time.

What a fun and funky experience. Came with my lady for the knob creek beefsteak whiskey dinner and we had a lovely time.

We started with the saloon bread basket and enjoyed the bone marrow, the venison tartare, and bbq short rib sliders. The tartare was seasoned and not overly gamey the rosemary focaccia toast was next level too, nice and seared, flakey, billow-y, buttery, and delicious. The bbq short rib sliders were so tender and the blue cheese coleslaw added a nice vinegar-y crunch.

We had the barbacoa terrine, and a wagyu tomahawk, with beef-bacon brussel sprouts, bbq spiced carrots, beef fat potato pave on the side. The barbacoa was cooked perfectly. It was tender and juicy and the pickled serranos gave a nice bite. The avocado crema and radish were delicious and the steak was next level tender and seasoned well.

We got the ice cream sandwich and the gelato was delicious… but the beef tallow chocolate chip cookies… you guys, bravo!

The drinks were fun and paired well with my meal. One of the best old fashions ever had.

5/5 star experience. Big thanks to everyone at BCC!

Nice, clean comfortable restaurant. Fast, friendly and service with knowledgeable staff. Food was very good. Extensive drink menu. Cocktails were great tasting; but a little weak for $18. Someone is definitely managing the pours! Would absolutely go back. A step above in the restaurant industry!

Great bar, food menu, service, and ambiance. Brittany took excellent care of us. And the street corn ravioli was so unique and yummy! We will be back!

Really cool spot. Great one if you’re visiting from out of town and want something southern but delicious. Might have been the best pork chop I’ve ever eaten.

Best dining experience I've had in Dallas. We went on a Wednesday night, no reservation, their was no crowd. Loved everything about this place. Service, atmosphere, food - all 5 stars. Our server was Jonathan who was attentive and accommodating. One of the best takes I've had on a Manhattan and his food recommendations were spot on. Generally I don't have a lot of nice things to say about Dallas - But they got this one right. I like that town to the east a little bit more now!
