Such a cute space in Highland Park. Sad they didn't have anything treats that were gluten free and vegan but they have lots of plant based latte choices! :)

Bird Bakery is a really nice cafe in Highland Park! Their food was excellent, I loved their sandwiches and cookies and it was clear that they used fresh ingredients. The service was great and very accommodating. Their atmosphere was wonderful as we got to sit outside in the perfect weather and scenery. Overall, I would definitely come here again!

I’m not usually a fan of cupcakes bc they’re usually just stale and overpriced, but this place is worth it. I got the salted Carmel cupcake and their seasonal eggnog cupcake. Wow. Very good. You can definitely tell that these are made from scratch with high quality ingredients! Will be back for more! Also ordered the mocha, but wouldn’t recommend. It was meh. The atmosphere is so cute and inviting

I found Bird years ago & then frankly… forgot about it. Yet had a core memory over the carrot cupcake. Today; I drove past & a light bulb went off. So I made a U-turn & schlepped myself to their door step. So glad I did!! Not only did the have the same cupcakes I remembered. They had more!! Staff was nice. Bathroom clean. Food incredible!!

The staff was amazing. The food was delicious. Must try the tuna melt. They even have scoops if you don't want something too filling. I love the options of the seasonal lattes the best grab-and-go spot for sure!
