Cupcakes are good however they have to do some about the Nats flying around in the food. It’s ridiculous. Cupcakes are a bit overpriced.

I only ordered 3 cupcakes and the salted caramel latte. The Cupcakes were so delicious in my opinion. Paid $12 total. Mind you they were MINI cupcakes. Did not care for the strawberry one tho. The latte did water down fast. It had a great caramel flavor almost candy like and I did drink the entire drink. I went on a Friday afternoon and it was busy but the line moved quick and I just had to wait maybe not even 10 minutes for my drink to come out. I would go back for the cupcakes for sure. You can tell the staff are there just to do their job. They were not rude tho. Next time I will ask for my cupcakes to be in a box instead of a bag.

Leaves much to be wonted. Pretty decorations. Stale cupcakes. The icing is made with artificial ingredients and the aftertaste lingers. Disappointing, as the San Antonio location has long been a gem. Their carrot cake cupcake used to win awards, I cannot attest to it now. The pumpkin bread (seasonal) was fair. Rapt with potential, I would welcome a BIRD Bakery renaissance.

Honestly, it was my first time going and I felt like the food was expensive but then I tried the food and it was actually really good. The place was absolutely aesthetic. Definitely try the turkey sandwich!!!

It is overpriced, but the terrible service is why I gave this place such a bad review. Staff is indifferent on customers orders and just rude.
Have been here several times out of convenience and each time the staff has always been very unpleasant and unhelpful. The service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. Staff sits on the floor behind the counter on their phone and is sloppy, the coffee is terrible, the bakery itself is never clean and the bathrooms always have overflowing trash. It feels like a bunch of kids are running this place. These prices definitely do not match the experience, customer service, or quality. Bird Bakery needs an all around makeover. We get better service at any random place we go in Dallas consistently than coming here where it is an uncomfortable environment. Do not recommend.

Bought a variety of cupcakes to try, flavorless and dense/ heavy cupcakes. Lemon, strawberry and vanilla tasted nothing like they should - just the standard tasteless cupcakes you tend to get in most places, full of sugar and overpriced for what it was. Box cake mix tastes so much better.

Feel like robbed. Just for small hot chocolate and small sugar cookie they charged $11. Who would do that…And top of it nothing special about them. Very disappointed with taste and price. It’s a holiday season. Spread joy not make money out of the festive season. 👎
