From price, to the plethora of games , the cider (if you’re into it Ofcourse. But don’t knock it until you try it) , the clean restrooms , and the friendly staff .. the establishment never disappoint. No complaints .
This place is AMAZING!!! The games are too notch modern and retro full of nostalgia l. I was honestly having a hard time taking it all in with how heavenly the place was!!!
I’ve spent quite a few NYE here. Always a food truck out front. As far as I can tell there is more games over the years, or at least they’ve spread them out. Guitar Hero (2 of 3) are now in a better spot sound wise which was always a bummer to not be able to hear. Overall, we love this spot!
PS they should add some kind of Birthday party item or prize that would be neat
One of the best arcades I've been to. So many classic games I never thought I'd play!
Kever is the MAN!!!
He greeted us upon entry with a smile and prompted us to complete the wavier. After that, he pointed out the nice merchandise to help commemorate our visit. Once the kids went off to play, he went through the drink menu like a highly recommended connoisseur from another PLANET!
Every time I passed by the register, he was there waiting with a grin confidently knowing that I was going to partake in the unknown world of the ciders…… Which I did!
The kids enjoy themselves and the restrooms were clean. There were jugs of hand sanitizer strategically placed and readily available for use.
We will be returning soon for another visit, sip, and good time.
Cheers to KEVER for making our visit better than expected.
My family had so much fun
Would be a super great place except for the staff to greet people. We had the displeasure of meeting Ivan as our greater tonight. He was obviously dissatisfied with his position and having to deal with the public. He was rude, aggressive, and weirdly angry. Finding new front facing staff would be beneficial, because it was ick.
I had an absolutely amazing experience at Cidercade, and it was all thanks to Martin!
From the moment we walked in, Martin went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time possible. His customer service was truly next-level — friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. You can tell he really cares about the guests and takes pride in his work. He was patient with all of our questions, made great recommendations, and kept the energy fun and welcoming the entire time.
It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but elevates the entire experience. Martin is hands down the best employee there. He made us feel valued, taken care of, and excited to come back again soon.
If you’re heading to Cidercade, I hope you get the chance to be helped by Martin — he sets the gold standard for customer service. 10/10 experience!
Stinky and strong odor of B.O., worse than a locker room. All games played eventually exhibited some type of problem. My suggestion would be to clean the facility occasionally. I made the mistake of bringing foreign visitors to this establishment (although it was their choice) and can say unequivocally, I was thoroughly embarrassed.
Love all the games, some need maintenance on it. Gaming experience is awesome
However Gets too packed, not enough parking,. Dallas needs to consider a bigger location with more parking
Restaurantji Recommends
Really enjoyed playing many of the games that I have played over this 50 plus year journey of life. Brought back memories of the games I played as a kid, young adult, etc. Definitely recommend.
For does that are complaining please 🛑 STOP, you get what you pay for, be glad the owner decided to bring it to Dallas for us to have fun cheap and besides most of this people that are complaining are in there 25 to 30s yah don't know anything about this old arcade games, for us older people that where born in the 80s and 90' is a flashback.. thank you to the owner of Cidercade Dallas and I apologize for some of this ignorant people leaving bad comments...
The atmosphere here was awesome for both kids and adults. I took my wife and our four kids (ages 2, 3, 7, and 9), and even the babies had a blast. The unlimited games setup made it easy to take turns with my kids, which honestly made it even more fun.
There’s a huge variety of games, and a lot of them brought back serious childhood memories for me. It does get a little crowded earlier in the evening, and you’ll definitely have younger kids doing what younger kids do—camping on games longer than usual—but that’s to be expected.
Once 9 PM hits, the vibe shifts and it’s mostly adults, which changes the flow in a good way. Everyone’s just having a good time, rotating games, and enjoying themselves. Overall, great experience and we’ll definitely be back because for that price you can't beat it.
I love this place and always will! Been coming here for at least a decade and it's always a fun time and place to be myself and have fun!
MARTIN IS THE BEST
