Food and service in the restaurant was very good…We then went to the bar (upstairs) ... impossible behavior from the staff ... (after later consulting with a cop, we apparently didn't order enough ... that would be common practice, ordering really expensive drinks ... what do people who are still driving do? have to??? we left a whopping $230 in the restaurant...) then all of a sudden we were asked to leave because we had apparently drunk too much... unbelievable... I have NEVER experienced something like that in 30 years of traveling to the USA... it was so unbelievable The way we were treated was borderline...Thank you, we will NEVER come back

Food was good. Presentation was good. Server was good. We were celebrating our anniversary and even we added to the reservation but it wasn't even mentioned at dinner by host or server. Normally in other restaurants they give you either champagne or dessert.. just a nice touch.

Service was great. Ken was very helpful and attentive. The food is good and well priced for lunch. I had the lobster salad and my guest has the risotto special (lemon parm w/ scallops). She didn't like the edible flowers on it and honesty don't think those were needed. The indoor/outdoor seating was nice but it was a super humid day so would have been better to keep separate. The almond milk vanilla latte was delicious!

Our reservation was for 5 pm on Easter Sunday. The waiter took our drink orders. I asked for a rye Old Fashioned and he brought a glass of rye. I pointed out the mistake, he came back with a half glass of old fashioned. It was good, but small. He took the salad orders and got one wrong. For my main course, I ordered the sous vide lamb special. It came out dry and not very warm. It didn't have much flavor. It was probably better if you got it at noon instead of 5 pm. The side vegetables of string beans wrapped in bacon were dry. We skipped desert.

Entree pasta special with just mid. Fusili dish with slice sauce had little flavor. Mushroom ravioli nice presentation, but served lukewarm. Reservation indicated we were celebrating a birthday which no one acknowledged. Service was good. Felt a little rushed.

It's just the best restaurant to go. Lunch, dinner, brunch. It doesn't matter always so good. I'll put this restaurant up against restaurant in the United States. Service is immaculate (my favorite part). Their food is always. The leg of prosciutto sitting out on a carving machine is chefs kiss.

The restaurant was under construction and we were stuck outside and it was pouring the rain. We should've been alerted about the construction. It was my birthday so not the best ambiance. I love Bistro so a little disappointing for this visit.

Bistro 31 is a not so well kept secret! I've been coming here for some time now and I really enjoy it! My personal favorite food item is the lobster salad and they make such a great espresso martini! Service is always so friendly and the restaurant itself has a great ambiance and an INCREDIBLE patio! If you're thinking about it, give it a chance!

Unfortunately had to send my filet back. Requested medium and there was no pink: well done. Came back and it was the same way. Took home for my son to eat for breakfast, steak and eggs. Beautiful ambience, good bottle of Italian Brunello wine, good aps. No forgiveness for a filet overcooked twice.
