This place was packed when we got there lunch time, but it has plenty of seating so it’s not a lot of wait. My family enjoyed it because there are a lot of options in the menu and everyone got what they wanted! The sautéed spinach could use a bit more seasoning. But the rest of the food we ordered (pho, pork) was delicious! They even have buy 2 get one free pho and they let us have the 3rd pho to go! Staff was very friendly and has great family atmosphere!

SLOWER THAN CHRISTMAS!!! If you want to order through Door Dash, Uber Eats or Grub Hub, FORGET IT!! I waited over 20 min while other orders were in my car to deliver. They kept promising “just a second! They are rushing your order!” Lies. They just want to keep you hanging. The food is good but the service for pick up STINKS!! I’ll NEVER EVER pick up an order from them again.

Loved this place like an Asian dinner has a huge menu. If you spend 100 bucks here you will have a massive feast. 20 bucks you will just be full. The only negative is the town is very shady. Wouldn't go here late at night.

Food and the place overall was amazing, but me and my bf were treated differently and rushed not sure why, they sat us down and gave us our food and not even 5 minutes pass by they make us pay the bill already. None of the other people who sat down after us were treated like this.

I ordered 2 plates of combination fried rice which I specified chicken, beef, and shrimp only. Got home, opened my food and it had pork in it. I don't eat pork. Called back, I was told I could throw it away and pick up a remake. I called later that evening for my remake and was told by the manager that they would never say that and I had to bring the food back. DON'T RECOMMEND.

Don’t eat here! I totally would not recommend this place. First off the place is overcrowded and has tight spaces in between tables to the extent of having the cleaners constantly around you. That’s gross! You wouldn’t want to see that over there. Secondly food served is of poor quality and has no taste at all. Served with dirty plates and unethical customer service. They focus more on quantity than quality thats why it’s cheap. If you decide to ignore this review and go ahead to patronize their services do so with cash only because when you use a card they’ll take their own percentage of tip money unauthorized. Thanks!

Truly frustrating and conflicting experience. I’ve been multiple times - and each time the food has been fresh, delicious, and plentiful with the portion sizes. It’s so good, in fact, that I would love to eat here more often - but the service is absolutely and painfully abysmal. The best service I’ve had was middling at best… slow to receive the initial menus, with excessive time in between drink orders and food orders unless you know what you want the moment you get in, yet once ordered the food comes out fairly quickly. But more often than not - the service is non-existent. As in we get sat without menus, and no one comes to check in for upwards of fifteen minutes. I’ve gotten up to ask for someone to take our order, and I’m told someone will come shortly - only to wait another ten to fifteen minutes until someone comes by to bring menus and take drink orders, and the process starts anew. This happens four out of five times. The frustrating thing is that by the time you get your food, it’s so good that you nearly forget about the hour or more spent waiting. But after one visit that totaled two and a half hours (with thirty of that being actually eating the food) and two back to back visits where we were ignored constantly and had to walk out, it’s getting harder and harder to justify. All I want is to eat their food - and it’s like they’re doing everything in their power to keep us from wanting to do so. But your mileage may vary… just make sure they don’t sit you in a window seat to the left of the entrance. You’ll effectively cease to exist.

Food is consistently very good, service however is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes we are sat quickly, given menus, and given our food in a timely manner. Other times, the service is poor to non existent. Me and my family tried to go today and we're sat quickly but not given menus, drinks, or anything for that matter. We then sat and watched as the servers would begin to walk in our direction, only to either talk to another table or walk back in the kitchen. We sat for about 20 minutes with no menu or server interaction before we just gave up and walked out. The bussers then immediately cleared our table. Overall I am just very disappointed because this is not the first time it has happened. If only the service was as consistent as the quality of the food then this would be a regular visit for me. Word of advice, do not let them sit you in the back by the window because that is where I always have trouble.
