Truly frustrating and conflicting experience. I’ve been multiple times - and each time the food has been fresh, delicious, and plentiful with the portion sizes. It’s so good, in fact, that I would love to eat here more often - but the service is absolutely and painfully abysmal. The best service I’ve had was middling at best… slow to receive the initial menus, with excessive time in between drink orders and food orders unless you know what you want the moment you get in, yet once ordered the food comes out fairly quickly. But more often than not - the service is non-existent. As in we get sat without menus, and no one comes to check in for upwards of fifteen minutes. I’ve gotten up to ask for someone to take our order, and I’m told someone will come shortly - only to wait another ten to fifteen minutes until someone comes by to bring menus and take drink orders, and the process starts anew. This happens four out of five times. The frustrating thing is that by the time you get your food, it’s so good that you nearly forget about the hour or more spent waiting. But after one visit that totaled two and a half hours (with thirty of that being actually eating the food) and two back to back visits where we were ignored constantly and had to walk out, it’s getting harder and harder to justify. All I want is to eat their food - and it’s like they’re doing everything in their power to keep us from wanting to do so. But your mileage may vary… just make sure they don’t sit you in a window seat to the left of the entrance. You’ll effectively cease to exist.

Food is consistently very good, service however is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes we are sat quickly, given menus, and given our food in a timely manner. Other times, the service is poor to non existent. Me and my family tried to go today and we're sat quickly but not given menus, drinks, or anything for that matter. We then sat and watched as the servers would begin to walk in our direction, only to either talk to another table or walk back in the kitchen. We sat for about 20 minutes with no menu or server interaction before we just gave up and walked out. The bussers then immediately cleared our table. Overall I am just very disappointed because this is not the first time it has happened. If only the service was as consistent as the quality of the food then this would be a regular visit for me. Word of advice, do not let them sit you in the back by the window because that is where I always have trouble.

Love going here. When in the area we always stop by. The food is always taste great. Plenty of space for people to sit. Great ambient lights. They always have music or a game on all tvs. The prices are very reasonable for the servings they serve. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

The menu is huge, hundreds of items. The service was great. Everyone friendly, attentive and fast. I noticed quickly it was not very clean. My table and seat had dried food stuck to it, the floors needed to be swept and all of the table condiments were dirty. I ordered beef pho and it honestly tasted like mop water. I added seasonings and sauces but it was just nasty. I looked down on the floor and watched a roach run under the table. I just left then.

First time with friends and its was a good experience. The atmosphere was pretty🎊 The food was like any buffet food the beef was soaked in sauce and broccoli was a little under cooked.🥦 My favorite part were the appetizers the coconut chicken was the best. They have a variety of food to try, so I will have to give it a go at their 20 plus page menu🤯 Boba was delicious. Please note many people come through here so please have waiters properly clean your table with a wet sanitized rag if not they will wipe it down with napkins. Side note** the waiter taking the order was very funny and nice but the food server would mock you if you didnt know your food name from 200 plus items.

This place seems to have authentic Asian cuisine. However, I only had the egg rolls (chicken, pork, or veggie) which were good, and the price is shockingly reasonable at 3/$1.50. If you have a party at home you can serve the egg rolls as an appetizer without breaking the bank. I believe they sell the egg rolls quite often because they have piles of them ready to order at that price you can't beat that. I think you're gonna enjoy the egg rolls so I suggest buying extras take them home and freezing them... ijs One of the customers said that the Pho was really good, she stated that pretty much everything she had eaten was good.
Oh yeah, I also had the mango pineapple Boba, it was tasty.
I will say if you're looking for fine dining this ain't that lol. When you drive up to the restaurant it looks a little uncertain but sometimes these are the restaurants with the best food. Also when I entered the restaurant there was a funny smell.
The next visit I will try more food options and rate accordingly.
