Berny was so nice and attentive despite it being a busy Friday night. The katsu curry was good even though personally I would've liked a little more veg, I loved that it came with rice and miso soup. The curry itself was a little salty, but surprisingly the spice crept up on me, which was nice. My friend got the tonkatsu ramen and loved it! The ngiri was a long wait, but it actually worked out that it was our last bite as it was so buttery and yummy! We come to this area...
Our server Bernie was the same one we had last year when we ate at the Black Ship Little Katana last year and we all remembered each other and his service was immaculate.
Our experience was divine and elevated by the fabulous food and dynamic created by the restaurant staff. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience tonight. The bartender / server (Shiuea- probably spelled it wrong) was excellent. Told us what was fresh and recommended what to order. Food was very good and fish super fresh. We even got treated with real wasabi which was excellent compared to the paste wasabi.
