This bar is great but they’re never open when they say they’re open. Closed for inventory, closed for staff meeting, closed because whatever. Save your time and go to a bar that’s actually open the hours they say

Giving 3 stars because of the effort for packer fans and the amount of table room, however being from Wisconsin i was excited to visit but the service let me down and will definitely not be returning. We weren’t welcomed upon arrival so we sat ourselves, when no one came around we asked about service and were told they would be walking around. Still nothing, my partner got up to ask a server in a pink long sleeve about service and she said she would be right back, after 15 minutes of waiting it got intolerable so i go inside to order a drink at the bar and the service was fast, friendly and efficient. We see the girl who was supposed to be “right back “ just relaxing, on her phone and no urgency to do anything else but talk to her co workers. At that point i was just happy to have our drink order. However it got worse when we had placed an order for a burger from the bartender and it never came a. After we reminded him about the food he gave it to us wrapped up immediately when he realized it never came.We threw it away anyways because it was very cold waiting to be served upon given to us. The lack of communication, management, professionalism and respect is why I’d easily go to buffalo wild wings . -sincerely “The little one” lol also if i look so small why wasn’t i age verified?

Found this little gem on Sunday just in time for my Birthday! Ryan and Melody were amazing, treated us great the whole time. Loved being with my Packers family. My Girlfriend and I couldn’t be more pleased. We’ll definitely be back for the SNF game this upcoming Sunday night.
One and only negative: the kid with the super punchable face in the Vikings jersey who I guess has a reallllly bad reputation there for starting stuff with Packers fans? Even said something to me in the first 30 seconds I was there. Dude needs to read the room…..

Upstairs bartender was extremely rude. He “cut off” our friend who doesn’t drink because they accidentally spilled a glass.

Wait staff was very rude, took 30 minutes to get a drink in an empty bar. Bartender also added an auto 22% onto my tab that of one beer and one shot.

Okay food, bad prices, fantastic servers. However, they banned a member of our trivia team since we were winning too much and spending only the giftcards that WE won fair and square. Cheapo owner and manager can’t even play by their own trivia rules.
Banned our trivia teammate Bob because he was winning too much and “not spending enough”. What want him to do with the gift card except use it to get free food??? That’s the whole point?!!!
Menu prices went up earlier this year as well, can’t believe how expensive and mediocre the bar has gotten… Damn shame.

when we entered no one greeted us said anything and then was met with “where are yall going to the bathroom or something?” Then we asked for a table for two and was told that it was open seats and the waiter said “i dont care where yall sit” Then we sat down and waited and it felt like the waiter didnt even care we were even there and didnt began to help us. One of the worst experience if I could leave “0” stars I would. Horrible customer service
