Delicious! Adrian was my server! Such a Doll! Very professional and friendly recommended the Lion sushi and the app was shishito peppers. He was quick and attentive. I like to be sat greeted a friendly face and then just refills. I’m a very simple easy one person customer he made my experience delicious friendly. It was my first time here. I definitely would recommend and I would definitely bring back my girlfriend’s. I told him I was craving raw salmon and some crab and his recommendation was perfect. Thank you so much Adrian. Whoever hired him did a great job. He represents your restaurant very well.the restaurant was very clean and very cute. Music was perfect a quiet popular romantic tones. Everyone seemed happy from the host to the workers. Great environment! Food was fresh and delish

I come to Blue Sushi probably 3 times a month. Great HH! Good drinks and great service! I’ve gone there so often, I’ve gotten to know some of the servers! Great atmosphere!

This location is such a disappointment in comparison to the FTW location. The FTW is way busier and here it takes forever for the table to be even touched. I watched another table leave that came in after me bc it took them forever for someone to come and ask what they’d like to drink. SERVICE MAKES THE EXPERIENCE. The service here sucks, the presentation of the food sucks and it’s not even busy. I could understand if it was or even if it was short staffed. Anytime I want sushi I’ll just go somewhere else or take a drive back to FTW but this location will not be getting any more of my money and I will not recommend this location to anyone wanting to come here.

I would like to speak with the owner of this establishment, and I would also like to know who the kind gentleman who arrived in a truck & said that he was part of management is so I can personally thank him.

I have lived in this neighborhood since 2018 and have been a Blue Sushi Sake customer since. The bartender yesterday was fantastic (black dude with a pre-teen daughter). A patron to my right continuously mocked me while she was on video chat. After the bartender left, she continued. Other staff joined in. I started recording because I couldn’t believe what was occurring. A staff member from back of house was trying to fight me while another staff member held her back - meanwhile, I was sitting in my seat with my little glass of wine… and the woman who instigated everything was laughing. The woman holding back the back of house staff told the manager to get me out. There were at least 5+ staff members in on this. It’s obvious that I was not a concern, as they were all laughing and smiling the entire time. I have it on video + photo. Security told me that I was not allowed to record (while also continuously informing me that he had a camera on his chest that was “reflective”… not sure what he meant by that). The security guard threatened to call DPD. I said that they’re short staffed, and I would be long gone by the time they arrived. He told me that they wouldn’t be short staffed as soon as he made a call. He then called and told them I had too much to drink, which was not the case. So, I’m outside, freezing. A kind man (white guy, I think his truck was maybe navy blue?) showed up and said that he was management. He asked me if I’d like to go up to the 3rd floor where there was heat, assured that I had a ride coming (I had called Uber, as I never drink and drive), and said that if police did arrive, tell them to talk to him. When he showed up, the security guard left.

Being mocked, harassed, threatened and having a false 911 call against me at a restaurant where I have spent thousands of dollars…taken friends, dates, clients… recommended to others… and regularly DoorDash it for lunch & dinner is insane.

It was an amazing experience! I will be judging every sushi I eat from now on using this as a template. Germy(not sure if I’m spelling correctly) took great care of my wife and I. I hope we are able to return to Dallas so that we can enjoy it again.

We had a large family gathering and the staff was extremely accommodating. The food was top notch and their Happy Hour menu made it very affordable as well. Thank you for your hospitality and the delicious meal!

Loved the sushi! I tried 5 different kinds because I'm a sushi freak and I'm loving the cloud 9, Santa Cruz roll. All the sushi tasted nice and fresh. I had some miso soup which didn't disappoint. This place was recommended by a friend and I'm grateful because it's right next to where I stay. I'll definitely be back

This is my second time coming to this restaurant and each time has been absolutely amazing! Our server Emily was absolutely amazing and helped us navigate the happy hour menu. She was very patient with us and made sure our experience was awesome. We definitely will be back!

My daughter has been here a number of times, and begged me to take her there yesterday. My first visit greatly exceeded my expectations, and I now know why she loves Blue Sushi Sake Grill!! The food was the best sushi I have ever had and the service was exceptional!!! And the manager, Jamie (hopefully I got the spelling right), went to great lengths to make sure my first visit won't be my last. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure if I am coming back to this location again…

My partner and I go to the uptown location on a minimum bi weekly basis, we recently moved near the area and decided to come here as our first time. My service was fine and the atmosphere too, but… the food was not as good as uptown. We always get the thriller, the lion king, either Brussels sprouts or spicy edamame, and Serrano ponzu on the side.
The thriller sauce tasted off, the lion king was too charred, and some of the Brussels sprouts were undercooked and some perfectly cooked…

If you didn’t like the food here, I would try uptown’s and give it another try!

Though it took long to to be to be considered and serve I believe this is a great place to have a date or take out your family and enjoy a good sushi. The reason I rank food the three stars is because the express martini was not amazing for less meeting the regular standards for such a place like this and the sushi itself that I chose was not delightful. Still Isai I expect to come back.
