The BBQ is always 10/10 at Blu’s BBQ, but our last visit was made special by the service. Rahul was working the counter and he was super friendly, helpful, and made us feel really taken care of with all the samples he offered. Great food plus great people is a combination that can't be beat. This is what amazing Texas BBQ is all about. Thanks!

Hollyyyyyy cow, that was incredible! We went all out and tried the jalapeño Mac n cheese, sausage, brisket, pork ribs, and a beef rib. For sides, we got green beans, cole slaw, and regular mac n cheese. For dessert, we had the cobbler and banana pudding. Every single meat was amazing, but my favorite was the beef rib. WOWWWEEEEE, so juicy and soft! You could pull the meat off with a fork. An unforgettable meal.

This is my go-to spot when I'm anywhere within 30 minutes of North Dallas. The brisket is so much more worth it than any other famous bbq joint in the city. It has a better bark, more moisture, and a deeper smoke flavor. The sausage is also incredibly tasty. The sides are always fresh and delicious. I’ll always make the drive from Allen for food this good.

Soooo delicious. The meat on the pork ribs literally melts off the bone, but still has a great texture. We ordered by weight, getting a little bit of everything: pulled pork, turkey, and brisket. We also got three different sizes of their homemade sides to share. The value is incredible for the quality. You will absolutely dream of this bbq afterwards.

I'm a simple man. I like good ribs. And the ribs at Blu's are SOOOO good. You absolutely must eat them without sauce to appreciate the perfect smoky flavor and the rub they use. I was impressed beyond belief. The brisket was also the best I've had in Texas. I don't know what kind of magic they're performing in that smoker, but I am here for it.

Amazing. Outrageous. What just happened to me?! Blu’s Barbeque lived up to all the hype and then some. Everything was incredible, but the absolute standouts were the brisket and the giant beef rib. You can just tell the meat is going to be tender when you see them slicing it. The homemade sausage was also fantastic. But don't sleep on the sides—the green beans were the best I've ever had in my life, and the Mac & Cheese was the perfect companion. It was all greatness.

I work in Plano and my coworkers kept recommending this place. They were right! The food was outstanding. I ordered a combo with brisket and ribs, with sides of potato salad and green beans. The barbecue was phenomenal—smoky, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The menu is a la carte, so you can mix and match, which I love. The service was friendly and fast, even during the lunch rush. It's my new favorite BBQ spot in the Dallas/Plano area.

This place deserves all the bad reviews and then some. They don’t even know how to run a business properly. To begin with their service is abysmal, you can place an order 30 minutes before and still have to wait for everyone who ordered at the counter even though you ordered way before them. Their food is both overpriced and subpar at the same time. This place has the worst ribs of any bbq place in the state. And if a bbq place can’t do ribs right, they should just go out of business. Somehow there is zero communication or customer service when an item is out of stock. I ordered loaded baked potatoes for my family. We sat and waited for over 40 minutes for them to then tell us they were OUT OF POTATOES. Truly a failure on so many levels, they still made us wait the entire time for NOTHING. Save your money and your time on this place. Last time I will support this establishment and I’m telling all my friends not to support it either. It’s also extremely telling when the owner harasses customers and anyone who DARES write a (honest) bad review.

OK, I got the brisket and a turkey. I found both lacking flavor and bean sauce to eat the beans baked beans or baked beans. Coleslaw is the best thing it had flavor little spiciness. It was really good.

Better than Hutchins. I will be back for more awesome brisket and ribs. The jumbo stuffed potato was our side dish. Pure BBQ heaven.

Ordered 1lb of brisket, took 2 bites and tossed it. Served me old brisket. How do i know you ask? The top part of the brisket looked like brisket, you can see the fiber lines, but dry like it’s been sitting under a heating lamp. The bottom portion looked like the meat grew fur, not sure if it was spoiled or sitting in liquids for too long, but it was not what you’d expect from a place that’s rated so high, maybe the other meats are good, I can’t speak on that. But the brisket should be avoided like the plague
