The best bbq in Dallas

Decided to try it on a whim, I was pleasantly surprised. The pulled pork sandwich was probably one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I have ever had. There was so much meat included it barely fit the bun. And the banana pudding was light and fluffy. This is now my favorite BBQ place in Texas, hands down. Will definitely be returning.

Searched for 20+ mins before coming across this hidden gem. One of the few places I found that had a 4 meat plate with 2 sides. The gentleman who took my order was friendly, respectful, and professional about this bbq. Answered all my questions, and gave me samples of street corn and sweet potato casserole. Please try them both. The brisket was smokey, juicy, and came with a nice fat cap on it, which most places cut off. The pulled pork and sausage were perfect. The collard greens were made like my grandma's, but had a little spiciness which I loved. Someone put their foot in that banana pudding, because I was upset that I didn't get a larger order of it. But that street corn will make you slap your knee, because of how well they prepared it. Everything was 10/10. Will definitely be going back when I'm in the area again.

This place is no frills. That being said, the food speaks for itself. The ordering experience was straight forward on a tablet, prepared quickly, and the staff did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious. The smoked chicken salad was flavorful with that hint of smoked meat, best chicken salad I've had in a very long time. The street corn, words cannot speak into existence how delicious this was. The pork belly burnt ends were burnt to perfection. The pork ribs had a peppery seasoning that gave them obnoxiously deep flavor, and there were more ribs than I was expecting! All in all, of all the places I could have stopped for BBQ to go, I lucked out.

Elote was absolutely elite. We had the brisket (moist), pulled pork, 1/2 chicken, burnt ends, ribs with the 5 cheese mac & cheese and potato salad. The meats were all pretty greasy, but they all had so much flavor that the greasiness can be overlooked. Potato salad was loved by someone that judges her bbq spot by the quality of the potato salad, and kids loved the mac & cheese. All that for a little over $100? We’ll definitely be back soon. Served on butcher paper so be prepared for to go orders.

Wish I could give a 0… I’m just soo disappointed…I was so excited to eat here when I pulled up.. The service was undeniably horrible .. You have to order from a small window I could see them looking right at me, but they just left me standing there. It was really cold out today or I wouldn’t have cared about waiting or being ignored ..then when they did come to the window I felt like I was bothering them by placing the order. I ordered the two meat two side combo Which they said was $19.99 I ordered a side of collard greens as well. Total came with the six dollar tip to about $40 after waiting what felt like a half hour for my food I got home only to Find that they overcharged me (should of checked my receipt) and when I opened the box of food no collard greens and the brisket meat .. I still can’t believe it.. The main thing I was there for, the brisket meat..was all fat ..and just hardly any meat .. I’ve never been served fat . It was so gross and soggy and very disappointing..The potatoe salad was good.. but This place is a rip off. Do not go there unless you want to be just as disappointed as I was. Or go and find out for yourselves and then you can be like.. he told Me not to go…Yea Im mad !! I’m still fuming and so disappointed.. what a waste of money and time

I never usually eat food that tastes like it came from my kitchen—because most places don’t get it. But Blussbbq? You did. I ordered the pork sausage, pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, greens, and banana pudding, and let me tell you: not a single bite disappointed. In fact, you might’ve just RSVP’d to my cravings permanently. Highly recommend! 🍽️🔥
