Our dinner was excellent. We had the ribeye and the lobster tail, the martinis and our server Jon Carlos was excellent! He made so many great recommendations. He had such a fun personality. We took his recommendation and ended up getting two desserts as a celebration! Five stars all the way through start to finish!!!

We enjoyed the best steak dinner we have ever had! The portions were a perfect size - except for dessert. The dessert portion is enormous!! One can feed 4 people easily. Our server was Rosie was attentive, kind, and very knowledable. We can wait to visit Dallas again and return to Bob's Steak & Chop House

I have dined at Bob's for over twenty years, and this is the first time we had a terrible experience. In fact, after waiting well over an hour for our steaks and not even getting or salad we decided to leave. A first time for me. Bobs was our go to steak house and still believe they are the best steak house in the metroplex. Being busy is not a valid excuse for bad service and hopefully our next experience will be better.

Great service as always! Celebrated a birthday with the Tomahawk and Lobster, both were incredible. Ashley always takes good care of us, and Bob always comes by to say hello! I love this place ♥️

We ordered the calamari to start off which was great, then the filet,mac and cheese and creamed corn. The Mac was an 8.5 creamed corn was an 8 and the filet was seasoned very well and very tender giving it a 9.5

Every time I go to Dallas I try to make sure I eat there. I would fly into Dallas after a great vacation and would eat at the best restaurants in that town. Come back to Dallas and eat at Bobs and wonder why I spent so much money eating and the best food and service would be Bob's. Then drive back to Shreveport. .

We really enjoy Bob's and have eaten at multiple locations over the years. Our waiters experience with the Lemmon location was quite poor. While the steak was great , we had the porterhouse and the tomahawk steaks, our waiter was simply not very good. Hopefuly others do not experience as its a premium restaurant and we expected better service.
Yelp Last night we took friends and family to celebrate a birthday. We had a party of five and our bill was $690.00. We requested the same server we have always had and two of our guests had not eaten there before. In all it was not a good experience and we felt bad for our guests. The steak was ordered medium and came back charred. The scallops were cold. The waiter was so inattentive that he never checked back to take our hors d'oeuvres order. The manager had to come and clear the table and brought a dessert menu but no one came back to take a dessert order and we had to have the manager request our bill. We were extremely disappointed and embarrassed for our guests.

Salmon very salty. KC T-bone just ok. Extremely loud. Could not hear people at our table talk. Went to a crowded sport bar afterwards, and it wasn't near as loud. I expect locate bar not and expensive steak house

This place was good 10 years ago I do not think they have up dated at all. The seat I was given was in a traffic zone of waters and customers. I asked for a linebacker to stop the rush. They thought that was funny!! The food was below what I would consider acceptable I would have complained but wife Birthday.!!! The steak, NY strip was unlike any I had ever eaten. cut of meat was not NY steak. ALL and all I would not go back .

Wow. I was not expecting this to be so poor with the service and the food. We have enjoyed Bob's for over a decade. Birthday's and Anniversaries. We don't live very close to Dallas, and this was with family that drove far, as well. Not again... at least we need to let this set in for us. My husband's birthday and the food was over 45 minutes and then the waitress, Caroline, never asked me how my food was, or if I wanted more wine, etc.. It was a busy atmosphere, but we were accustomed to better service at Bob's.
