Saturday night, 6:30 p Bobs Lemmon Ave! It was packed! Fantastic. US Open Golf was on and the energy was high. My daughter and I had a reservation. We were greeted. We waited a few moments to get our perfectly made drinks and they sat us, where we could watch golf! Jodie, who has waited on the family for many years, even when my kids were teens, took care of us. Bob's delivers as usual. Father's Day dinner with the entire family, including a mostly well-behaved 4 yr old. JC is the BEST! He provided excellent service and has a wonderful personality. The food is always good, although I'm not sure about them whacking the lobster mac in a large lobster shell; kinda makes it difficult to get every little bit of goodness (but the chickens certainly like the shell). The steaks at Bob's are the best. However all the sides, salads, and shrimp cocktail were just as fantastic. Then we were treated to a chef's praline ice cream cake....OMG! It was so good. Of course Bob always makes you feel like you are family.
