The service here was incredibly disappointing. The server was rude and dismissive, and when I asked to speak with a manager, the person who came over was unhelpful and clearly uninterested in resolving anything. It’s clear that hospitality is not a priority at this establishment. I won’t be returning. Server name was Paola

I went to Bombones in Dallas and the vibe was fun and lively. The tacos and wings were pretty good, and the service was friendly. I did notice things can be a little inconsistent with food and timing, but overall it’s a solid spot if you want a casual hangout with drinks and music

The only reason this place exists is cuz the regular drunks. Other than that, this place is trash, $12/hour to shoot pool.. Service was horrible. No one speaks English. The atmosphere was sad, it was dead and I guess it's a bad place cuz they had 2, security guards. I'll take Ojos Locos over this place.

I did not get to try the food, sadly. I can say, though, that the environment is definitely not welcoming to newcomers. No one greeted us when we came in and only the bar was full. So we sat at a table nearby. About ten minutes later, the bartender came out, gave us menus, and informed us that the kitchen was closed. Very uncomfortable.
