I'm pregnant and indecisive... I appreciated the patience the employee had with me and let me try whatever flavor I wanted too!! She was so very sweet: the decor inside is cute. And the flavors are mouth watering. I settled for a waffle cone with mango, key lime pie, and salted caramel!

Every flavor is wonderful the atmosphere is so pretty I'd love looking at the cakes that they can make in their stand. I've never tried one of those, but I'd like to give it a shot. Extremely well-run, beautiful atmosphere tiny and delicious. A little jewel box of gelato shops

It feels like you are stepping out of a run down strip mall and into a small cafe in Italy. The prices are a bit steep, but the gelato is really delicious and the special sundaes are creative and unique. The service was polite. The Knickerbocker Glory is delicious!

This gelato shop was very nice, clean and the Hazelnut Gelato I ordered was good but there were two women working there today and one was slightly rude & short. She didn’t seem very nice and it didn’t seem like she was having a good day. So, while she gave me my sample, I asked her what her favorite flavor was and she said, “white coffee” very short and not friendly at all. I was trying to break the ice and make her feel more comfortable but that didn’t work. So I just took the gelato that I asked for and paid. I can’t stand when people in customer service roles are not kind. It’s a turn off and it ultimately drives customers away. This place was very nice other than the treatment from that one employee. I wouldn’t return over the treatment.

Best gelato in Dallas. The store is very clean and well kept. They have 10+ flavor choices, and they even have perfectly made gelato cakes. Not sure if I would be able to eat the cake because it look so pretty! During last visit, my husband ordered a cup of espresso. It really went well with white coffee flavored gelato. We even made affogato on our own. lol Definitely a must in Dallas!

My family and I went for a dessert after lunch in December 29th. We ordered three desserts, a hot chocolate and a late. Food was amazing but what stand out was Amanda’s service. The place was full of consumers, she was the only attending and she was calm and delivered every order with a smile ?
