Fun place to bowl, just the right amount of people in the building for a Saturday night. Nice clean lanes, no wait. Good experience!

I had mixed feelings about my visit to BowlLounge in Dallas, but overall the service really fell short. We waited about 45 minutes for a lane, which honestly wasn’t a big deal and was understandable. When we were finally seated, we were given water in a pitcher, which was appreciated at first.
Once we ordered food, things went downhill. Our food arrived without napkins or utensils, which should really be provided before or at least when food is served. I ended up going to the bar to grab napkins myself since no one checked on us. That alone wasn’t a huge issue, but afterward it felt uncomfortable, the staff kept coming by and talking about the napkins as if it were a problem, which made the situation feel awkward and unnecessary.
On top of that, the water pitcher was never brought back, and overall the service felt inattentive and unfriendly. Because of this, I left a $5 tip which was 10% of my tab (48.72 total) not out of spite, but because the level of service didn’t justify more. I usually tip 25% when service is good, so this was disappointing.
If I do decide to come back, I really hope the service improves, because the place itself has potential. Unfortunately, this visit left a lot to be desired

Waitress very attentive. $230 for 2 lanes for 2 hours. Fried pickles and mozzarella sticks were delicious. Buffalo wings belong in the trash.
Went here for a Christmas party. Nice clean place , Good bowling lanes and set up. Nacho bar was delicious.

We organized a work, team event there for 60 people and it went off perfectly! There are so many activities that everyone had fun, the service was impeccable, food/drinks were great and there's plenty of space and parking for everyone. Will absolutely host more events there in the future.

Person I was meeting went here instead of Bowl Games next door. I ordered some chicken tacos, honestly it tasted like they cut up some chicken threw in a spice pack and call them tacos. I didn't try anything else and we didn't bowl so my rating is solely based off the food. As far as the service and atmosphere its a bowling alley, bar food, imo it could be a lot better.

It doesn't have any food so I can't see anything about that The drinks were reasonably priced we must have picked the most expensive night to go bowling As it was a hundred dollars For my friends and I. But good time had

Maddie K was the worse server I ever experience. She jacked up the order and still demanded me to pay the difference. To avoid having a bad night, I paid and she never came back to see if we needed anything! Not a reflection of the restaurant just her bad service
