Overall the experience was very good. Our server Marcus was excellent , attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Only disappointment was the creamed spinach which was not creamy and had too much cheese. Management was aware and professional and did not charge us. We will be back.

The Burthday celebration for our daughter was a success! The food and drinks were wonderful! Steve took excellent care of us and the manager came over with well wishes! Such fun!

Steven and overall service excellent - wish could remember general manager name - sorry but she too was fantastic. Entire experience exceeded expectations.

Brass Ram was a great place to eat! The food was fantastic and our server was very attentive, but also knew when to hold off on approaching our table. Plan to return when I am back in Dallas.

We keep coming back so I can get the prime rib. 5+ times and it has been excellent every time. My wife try's other entrees and has never been disappointed. The service matches the food, excellent. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Great date night. Food was excellent and on point with flavor and temps. Bartenders were the best, we asked to eat dinner at the bar. Great conversationalist and sense of humor. Best steak fries in Dallas to accompany a great filet. Mac and wedge salad didn't dissapoint either, both exceptional. Greatly appreciate the entire staff from the warm welcome at the door, bartenders, servers and fellow patrons at the bar. Thank you for a great time.

Great food and service. One minor slip, but 3 people (incl GM) jumped on it and fixed it very quickly. Will (server) was great with us. Looking forward to next time!

The Brass Ram offered a very relaxed vibe from the moment we walked in. We were seated promptly and our server, Rebecca, was awesome at her job. My wife loves prime rib and stated this was one of the best she ever had. As for me, I enjoy steak and the Delmonico was one of the top 5 steaks I have ever ate. We are definitely going to eat here again when we make trips to Dallas!

Great choice I made for dining out in downtown. Obviously we all know what the operator and brand is capable of but this meal would be ranked as one of my most favorite most warm and hospitable. Decided to go in for a table of 1 which they accommodated unlike a lot of establishments. Wedge Salad also called the ice chunk was perfect, the ratio of components was perfect and the blue cheese was not in my face but still a great amount. Ordered the 16oz ribeye with the Mac and cheese. Everyone in town puts a mac and cheese on the menu but this one was truly standing on its firm foundation of it's preparation. The macaroni made me late for my show lol. My server Steve was phenomenal. I'm in the hospitality industry and a geek about my work but service like Steve's is the reason why I'm driven. Steve was perfect. I asked him to make sure my BTG Bordeaux was an bottle in use and not one opened for me so that the tannins were softened. He did as I asked and the margaux paired perfectly with how Steve conveyed my desirable preparation for my steak. Front desk was super attentive.

We have dined at the Brass Ram twice now. The food is delicious., the service professional, and the ambience warm and inviting. It is definitely on the pricey side, but certainly worth it for a special occasion!

Granted, it was a very busy night, but being given a specific time allotted by the server and very rushed by him, the overall first impression was not the best. Food was excellent, but the service definitely lacked finesse.

Food and service was amazing. Only gripe would be that it was freezing cold on one side of the restaurant. Our waitress was kind enough to bring us a blanket. Will be back… with a jacket.

You will not find better prime rib and the sides we had (mashed potatoes, Caesar) were incredible. We also had two appetizers, Carpaccio and Wagyu Pigs In A Blanket and both were outstanding. The prime rib was served with Yorkshire pudding and it was outstanding. The meal would have gotten 5 stars across the board were it not for a dessert selection that was almost laughably poor. I rarely eat dessert but my date was interested so we took a look... shockingly sparse. There were like 5 selections, none of which were chocolate cake, cheesecake or even crème brûlée. It was just strange for such a fantastic menu and kitchen. I thought having chocolate cake was basically a law! 🤣🤷‍♂️

This was my first time there and it was exceptional! The food and drinks were amazing. Probably one of the, if not the best espresso martinis I've ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant to those seeking great ambiance and food. I'm definitely going back.
