Every time we go to Brass Ram, we have an incredible meal. This experience was no different. The caliber of food, wine and service is top notch!

The staff was amazing. Started with an inviting welcome. Great and fun cocktails including one made with a Texas brandy. The sashimi appetizer was fantastic. A lot for two people. I had the prime rib and unfortunately it was too salty to eat. I was embarrassed to send it back, but at that price point I didn't want to walk away unhappy. Both the waitperson and the manage took care of the situation without me feeling terrible. I ended up with a filet that was delicious and tender. I hesitated to share the prime rib experience but thought it more important to highlight how wonderful the staff was. We will go back.

Ambiance is great. Maybe we should have ordered what they’re popular for, but none of our food was anything better than “meh”. The French onion soup was delicious, but other than that, I would describe the food items we got as “wet”. Husband got the burger and it was so wet that the bottom bun was soggy. The oysters were also just sitting in a pool of water. The crab cakes were soggy and wet as well. The baked potato was sitting in a bowl of drawn butter, so, it was also wet. Maybe we should go back and order the prime rib or steak and then reassess our review.

Our first time dining here, we were looking for something different. A very pleasant experience, food and service was impeccable, the ambiance very upbeat. The decor tastefully casual. A very large bar area, and dining room thoughtfully laid out. Noice level is moderate even with a full restaurant, nice for enjoying a conversation. Front door valet parking makes coming here very convenient even though you are in the middle of downtown. Thank you for a great anniversary dinner.

The waiter was rude and made a huge deal about wanting to split salads. When we asked if he could divide the bill up by couple at the beginning of the evening, he refused (it was only 3 couples; we asked to do this because 2/3 couples don't drink so splitting even didn't feel fair). This is not the kind of service you expect at a restaurant of this caliber. When we got the prime rib it was so salty. It tasted like pure salt, it was awful. The baked potato we got as a side was not good either. The only thing that was good was the BLT salad. The ambience was not good. It was very cold inside and they had this awful elevator music blasting, it was giving everyone a headache at our table. When we asked if they could turn it down, they only would barely. This is too bad, we went here a year ago and it was excellent. I'm not sure what happened but it's not longer the same quality that I expect of a restaurant of this caliber.

We absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for anything—from a cozy date night to a professional meeting. Our waiter, Will, was truly exceptional. He paid attention to every detail, checked on us at just the right moments, and made sure we felt taken care of from start to finish. His service honestly elevated the whole experience. We'll definitely be coming back—not just for the great food and ambiance, but because the service, especially from Will, was outstanding!

Marcus our server was top notch as was the food. Slab of bacon incredible, prime rib outstanding and the Yorkshire pudding reminded me of home when dad would make them for Sunday roast. Loved this place will definitely be back

Went here after reading all the great reviews. My experience was not the same. The restaurant was not bad, but it wasn't fabulous either. Went on a Saturday night. It was not busy, but it took over an hour to get food after ordering. The onion soup was very good as well as the mushrooms. The prime rib was over salted and the sirloin order medium rare came to the table medium. Overall, I'd go back but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Had a great time here. Service was helpful with the menu and attentive without being annoying. The atmosphere had a relaxed almost vintage-y vibe to it. Food was awesome. Didn't get to try the prime rib, but the steaks were top notch. The desserts are big. 1 is perfect for 2 people, especially after a steak dinner. I really enjoyed the chocolate mousse. Make sure to eat it with the toffee pieces on the plate.
