Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Forgot to give me half of my order, didn’t offer any sauces, fries were cold and way too
salty, service was horrible, ice cream was melted with barely any toppings.

I love the ice creams there and the hamburgers. They are pretty good, and the most important things is they have good facilities to eat in and share with friends or family and park your car. The place is clean, nice and have inside a little convenient store to buy things to cook or ready to warm with microwave. You can find there milk, orange juice, ice cream and many other good things.

It’s never ideal to return a food product. Especially to one of your favorite establishments. Everything Braum’s does is usually awesome.

The receipt says they are proud of their product, and they should be, but if a customer isn’t satisfied, they will refund or replace.

A rude manager is an oxymoron in this situation.

Sir, don’t be rude. I’ll be back. Not because of you and your treatment of a long time customer. I’ll be back because I love Braums.

It's always a delight to stop and get ice-cream. Always have a great selection of sugar free products. Seeing that I'm diabetic. You would think a place like this would be bad for me. Nope! I enjoy all kinds if different choices. I definitely visit this place often. Oh and the burgers aren't bad either. Lol.

Kid-friendliness: You know this is a great place to bring the kids for a banana split or sundae.

Saw the staff climbing in and out of the drive thru window playing some site of game. Then a lady had to get out of her car to get a spoon from drive in through. Absolutely ghetto.

Good for fast food, sometimes service is poor.

Recently I went to the one on Inwood and lemmon and I had the mushroom burger double meat melted cheese it was so good a drink fries n sandwich for $8 and some change that was a good special you gotta try that burger it's so good 👍🤪
