Lack of any eye contact from the cashier to the employees giving me my meal.
I get Braums every now & then. Today was the worse experience ever. The guy in the drive through who looks like he has never in his life had a haircut does not know customer service. He was rude and IMPATIENT. Won’t be going back.

I always get good fresh food from this location. my only complaint is sometimes the young employees get confused when I ask for a burger with mustard tomatoes and onions only and fries without salt (not a complicated request at all)🤔

I just moved here not long ago and I have been to this store 3 times already, and every single time, the cashier that has taken my order has been disrespectful on not completing the order and forgetting to do the most obvious things that all cashiers should do. Give the receipt and cup. Most of all you have to stand there at the register and glare at someone to get service because there all paying around grabbing ass with each other. I only come here because the food is good and it's cheap. This needs to be addressed.

I loved the atmosphere and the convenience of the store and the food was great it fell homemade and I could even say that there was love in the food, unfortunately the staff seemed dead and uncaring. I came from Laredo to Dallas and hoped for something nice but unfortunately the food and atmosphere is all I could talk goodly about.
