We like Braum’s ice Cream parlor and the ice cream is very good and reasonably priced. We didn’t like the customer service of this particular location. The staff was rude towards us and impatient. We just needed 10 additional seconds to look at the flavors for our sundae and the staff was very rude about it. We would never visit location again
So far I have not had a bad experience. Food always fresh, hot, and correct. Cashiers are nice. I utilize drive thru only so idk what’s going on on the inside. I’ve been going there for the last 1-2 years when I want a good burger combo, and they have yet to disappoint. Thank you! Keep up the great work team!! I appreciate you!

The ice cream and candy bar mixins are tasty and is the only thing I ever get at a Braum's. The price is unbeatable for such flavorful ice cream. The service is hit or miss depending on how busy they are and how enthusiastic the person is.

Great food, friendly staff. You can't beat a single scoup in a waffle cone for only $1.89 plus tax. My parent's had burgers and I had mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Store is always immaculately clean, employees are always courteous and professional, food is always fast and delicious. I love Braum’s and it’s the only fast food I eat these days. You can’t beat the breakfast burrito combo — only $5 and change!
