I ordered an online lunch order and when I arrived it wasn't ready but I was a few mins early so I didn't mind waiting.They ended up running out the chicken I ordered so they let me sub an item. In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award
Dana at the Plano location is an absolute Godsend and such a joy. She brightened up my entire day and made it to where I will be returning just to see her! Well, that and to have more delicious food ☺️
Edna makes sure catering is top notch. She goes the extra mile for her customers. The food is always a crowd pleaser. Thank you Bread Winners for having such a great team member as Edna!!
