I ordered an online lunch order and when I arrived it wasn't ready but I was a few mins early so I didn't mind waiting.They ended up running out the chicken I ordered so they let me sub an item. In addition, the manager who greeted me when I arrived refunded me my money, gave me a free drink, and let me know I was eligible for employee discounts. THIS is how you customer service!! I'll be using that discount a lot! He deserves an award

never had breakfast enchiladas then i went to bread winners, now im hooked

It took 3 hours for us to complete breakfast! Service was so slow.

We have been multiple times in the past few months due to moving close to the area. The food has been good but not a high end experience as you would expect from North Park Mall. Each time we have been the staff is not attentive or even greeting guests at the entrance. Waiting for food and drinks seems to be the theme. The desserts are oversized and very good.

Lovely stop for breakfast & brunch. We loved the environment and friendly service. The Avocado toast was amazing and fresh. The croissants are good and the club sandwich was a great portion. Huge plate of biscuits and gravy as well. Well worth taking the time to enjoy a meal here.

Better than most mall food and offered extensive menu selections. They serve brunch, lunch, lots of pastry options and cocktails.
Came here for lunch and servers are extra busy which made the service take a tad longer.

Great place for a casual first date. Quiet, bar seating to get some coffee and baked goods. Quiet, not too busy.

Dana at the Plano location is an absolute Godsend and such a joy. She brightened up my entire day and made it to where I will be returning just to see her! Well, that and to have more delicious food ☺️

Great place to eat brunch while at the mall. It’s in the indoor courtyard so kids can play and run around while waiting for food. Staff super nice and friendly I only waiting a little bit for my chai tea but wants it with dessert anyways s not a big deal. You have to get the cinnamon roll if you go here.

We didn’t even get to eat because of how inattentive the staff is. I walked in with my kiddos and was standing at the door for few minutes while the two “hosts” were sitting and chatting. No greeting nor acknowledgment. I honestly thought they were customers because they haven’t even turned their face. We walked in the restaurant to find someone and at that point one of the ladies came to us and just took us to the table. We sat outside waiting for the server who was standing and talking to another server out on the patio where we were sitting. For the price of their meals on the menu, I would expect a little above average service to the least. We left because I would not spend a dime on this place.

Was here in June of 24 and it was specious... mainly the inside of the restaurant smells of hot garbage and bleach, ok no problem it's a great patio... came back in Sep of 24 and they wouldn't seat us on the patio so that left the inside... which was a disaster with mops and wet floor cones and no staff and still the entire restaurant smells of garbage and bleach. Plus the A /C was apparently not working. That's too good a location to waste if you can't staff it just let it fail so someone else can give it a try. I get it the rent is probably outrageous and the margins are horrible in 2024.

TL;DR: BAD SERVICE.

The service here has always been terrible. Every time I go, I have to ask the staff (numerous times) to tend to the host station and seat me. And they always look so annoyed when you do that - and even seem reluctant - but, like, every single staff person was ignoring the line. And it wasn’t even that busy. ?‍?

Today, I commented that the entire seating area was hot and that I wanted to sit in an area with air conditioning. The waitress told me that ac area was closed and tried to seat me in another part of the hot restaurant. I just walked out. I think I’m done going here. Food isn’t even that good.

Been a BW frequent flier for a few decades now (typically McKinney and hall)
BUT Norothpark location had me at HELLO!
Overlooking the green space, loads of windows, and setup was perfect for a networking lunch
I waited too long to post this so can't remember our salads but they were both generous, lovely and delish!!
