Just recently discover this place. I’ve learned it’s all the rage. Amazing food, great customer service. The samples of the bread pudding are so dang good. And! They will give you the inside of the scooped out bread zep if you ask for it!

Service with an attitude! 30 mins past the expected time. They aren't even touching online orders. Too busy! I could have gone thru the line twice if I didn't order online. They don't know how to work online orders in. I am fine if they don't start until I get there but they didn't even do that when I inquired after 5 mins. At the end she calls my name and slams my bag down. She is a fine employee model! Not going back ever!

I waited in line on opening day to get free Zeppelins for a year. I was given a card to redeem the reward, but when I entered it on the app, it didn’t do anything. I tried to contact support (email address was listed on the card) and received zero response. In store they told me they couldn’t help me, that I had to contact support. Just a scam to drum up business I suppose.

Tejano Caesar zeppelin 10/10Came here for the first time. I’ve avoided this place because I’ve geared mixed reviews. But I’m so happy I decided to drop by today.The employees were extremely friendly and kind which I appreciated.I got the Tejano Cesar zeppelin with the crispy chicken. It was amazing. The crunch you get from the first bite sold me. I like how the bread isn’t super thick. Which is why I’ve been avoiding this place. I like bread but I don’t want the heaviness of it.Will be back to try new flavors!

Just had the chicken ceaser sub and it was wack, I give it a 2/10 . Had a weird after taste. Salad and go better, just being honest.

Salads are good. Recommend getting the salad in a bowl and bread on the side so you get more bread. The soup is hit or miss. I basically got all broth in my chicken tortilla soup.

I'm so glad to have a BZ right down the street. Getting it from downtown was a pain but I couldn't go without.BZ has THE BEST salad dressings, period. Their toppings are fresh and they offer a wide variety of leafy greens.I'm not a (usually) a salad person. I eat it regularly out of necessity rather than because I enjoy it. However, BZ turns salad into the best tasting thing ever.Their soups and bread are also great.I haven't experienced any issues at this location so far, except for one instance of a bowl being skimpy on the toppings. Wasn't egregious enough to go back and make a thing about it though.
