We reached this place at 8:40 and started placing order. After giving sandwich and charged the money, they kicked us out saying can't eat here and in mean tone.

Emily was so amazing, staying late to make sure I could try my first Bread Zeppelin. Service was great, everybody was so helpful and the salads were great. 10/10 experience, kudos to their great staff.

I am obsessed.
It is just the right balance of bread to salad in the Zeppelin. The dressing was great and the salad was crunchy.

I had the Tuscan in the baguette, The bread was crispy and fresh, and the salad was tossed just right. I was looking for something light for dinner and this was exactly what I hadn't known I was looking for.

The workers have the worst customer service! Every time I come to this location it’s an issue. First, Brisa acted like she didn’t know the types of salad that were serving. Then T gave us back $1 in change after giving him a $20 dollar bill! He stood there in confusion like he didn’t understand that he shorted us. Ridiculous!Today, we ordered 4 bottles of salad dressing that was supposed to be ready on Thursday at 2 pm. I came to pick up the order (that was prepaid) at 3:45 pm and no one in the restaurant knew about the order! I stood and waited for over 10 minutes for a prepaid order that was supposed be ready hours before. How annoying! I will not spend my money here again.

I had tried the buffalo chicken salad it was very good and the bread pudding was yummy but small in size but a great taste with a punch. I only wish there was a bigger portion then what I had bought overall service,food, and cleanses of the place was good.

I then went to the next station and the two employees there didn’t acknowledge me at all. It was a very weird experience and I encourage more customer engagement and direction.
