I'm a Law Enforcement Officer. I went Bread Zeppelin on Main Street in Dallas TX my lunch break. Asked for the Lone Star Salad with Romaine lettuc instead of Ice burg lettuce. B/M server confirmed my request, and added the wrong lettuce. The next server in line B/F asked what type of salad dressing I wanted. I replied blue cheese dressing. When I got back to the office I realized that she put too much salad dressing on my salad. My whole experience reminded me of why I love snappy salad located on Harwood Street in Dallas so much. I noticed that Bread Zeppelin has severs that cannot follow directions. It was my first time ever going there. However It will be my last time going there as well. A pure waste of time and money. I will returning back to snappy salad on Harwood Street in Dallas TX. So long!

This place is not it! I'm shocked-literally shocked that I just paid $18 for iceberg lettuce, barely any steak and a chunk of iffy looking avocado. The bowl was lame. Do not eat here! It's a waste of money and has zero nutritional value. Iceberg-what a joke!

Did an online order for pickup. Probably the best customer service I have had in a while. While waiting I had 3 workers approach me asking if I had been helped. Cashiers all seemed like they enjoyed working there.

I got the autumn harvest bowl and it did not disappoint. Similar to the sweet green one, this was hearty, filling, healthy, and balanced. This price was more reasonable than sweet green too.

I was not making a big deal about waiting for my food, but the girl was like so rude after the manager asked her to hurry up with my food She got so rude And then I asked her for a bag for my food and she was like they’re right there crowded and And then I asked her do I grab my cookie or you give it to me and she was like you should grab a long time ago Manage your excuse it was like sorry she’s new

As a uber driver, drivers shouldn’t be waiting over 20 minutes for orders. Idk how this business is still open but my God they’re not organized at all. You had multiple drivers from door dash to Uber Eats waiting for simple meals. Its really frustrating because you want to be patient and not rush orders but today was unacceptable. I hate losing money, wasting my time and wasting the customers time because of slow service. I’ve been to busier places and the food for Uber Eats and door dash drivers were under 15 minutes!!!
