Awesome customer service from the moment we walked in. The lady working the counter and taking orders was very friendly and attentive. Super lovely but the best part was the foood. We ordered the fried catfish&waffles, chicken&waffles and their signature mimosas (strawberry). It was 1000/10. definitely recommend. Will be back when we come back to visit dfw area.
Excellent friendly staff and food was great! I’ll definitely be back!
Listen….. the wait was more than worth it!!!!! Catfish and Grits with French Toast…. Exceptional

I had been hearing about this place, and we are still getting to know our way around, so we finally made it on a Monday morning at about 11 am. It was almost seated fully, bt the establishment was, while clean, it was on the small side. They have some booths a few for larger parties and tables. They also offer community seating as an option.
We were asked if we minded sitting with others to be seated faster, which we did because we just wanted to eat and it looked as If it would of been a longer wait for a personal table with that we were seated within 10min.
We sat with another couple who didn't seem to truly want to do the community seating bt opted to so they didn't have to wait. So that makes it a little awkward because only a condiment holder is separating the guest. You can't really converse because you have company ( we all know how we are about our business, lol ).
I got the lamb chops that came with eggs and home fries i added a piece of catfish, my wife had steak and eggs it came with home fries as well and a piece of toast to drink we had watermelon lemonade ( so good ). The server was pleasant and answered all questions. Food came out at about the 20 - 25-min mark. The food overall was good. I have to be honest. The lamb chops were an ok size, but I have had better lamb chops for the price. They were tender, bt the flavor was OK again. longhorns lamb chops are better, so there that. My wife's steak was good bt was too heavy on the seasoning for her liking, I personally thought the seasoning was ok, but I'm also a if I can't taste it, it's not
seasoned person.
Overall, I would suggest it bt dnt expect like the best breakfast you ever had. It's good food. The catfish was very good. I said I should have just gotten a fried basket. I live in mesquite. I wouldn't drive back 30 minutes to return, bt I would suggest it if you have never been or if you're in that area.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not a big place so wheelchairs would have a tough time maneuvering.

Just okay. The chicken is flavorful but pancake was not soft/fluffy enough. It was the type of pancake you really have to pull apart.
sausage just okay and bacon not crispy but i’m sure that is a personal preference - really wouldn’t recommend.

I’m a fan of the Arlington location. I know this Dallas express location is like a ghost kitchen concept but I hate the low quality of the food. The catfish was salty (which is a lot for me since I have a high salt threshold), the consistency of the grits were terrible. I’m a catfish and grits fan so I was very disappointed. The best thing was the red velvet waffle. I’ve never been able to eat a waffle without syrup, that’s how good it was! So I give them 3 stars for that. I don’t know if they have any of the original cooks present at the express location but they need to! I love the BB concept and want to support but all locations should be consistent in the quality of food and how it’s presented. I will say the quantity of food is nice, for what you spend you’ll definitely be full and probably have left overs. Also the picking up was easy so I’m not mad at them for that. The girl at the window was helpful. However, I called two different times and BB doesn’t answer the phone. I hate when a business doesn’t answer the phone. Ghost kitchen or not. Why is a phone number listed if you’re not gonna answer?

Man man man… This food was sooo dang good. While visiting from houston my fiancé and I stopped at the express location and ate in the car before we started our day. The first day we split the eggs, toast, and bacon, (what kind of bread is that? is it magic butter on there?).
The second day (yes i wanted it twice and woke up here in houston this morning mad wanting it AGAIN, It’s time for a Huston location at this point. we have those hubs too.. right down fro TSU).
We had the chicken and pancakes. That chicken tastes just like it came from my auntie’s kitchen, BUT THOSE PANCAKES? Those were the best i have ever had in my life!! like the kind where you don’t need syrup. I got all the sides and ate half the pancakes before i put the syrup on.
Long story short don’t sleep on this place.. wait time was about 15-20 min, and well with it.
Now it’s time for that houston location.

Ordered catfish and grits with the eggs scrambled hard with cheese. When I picked it up, I didn't have cheese (which is an upcharge), no toast, nor the side of gravy. Couldn't get anyone's attention until they brought another order up. Was told I didn't order the cheese, even though I showed her the email receipt, and was then told if I wanted a side of gravy I had to order it separately. It says on the menu that it comes with the meal. The price for that little bit of gravy? $4. Avoid if you want to get what you pay for.
