First let me say, the food was good. The issue I had was, I ordered an orange juice @ 2.99 and there were no refills, understood. The lemonades which are also 2.99 had a .50 cent refill price. I asked to get a lemonade refill instead. I was told I have to order another drink (lemonade) @2.99 to receive .50 refill. I understand that's the rule, just asking to reconsider. I had family from out of town here that thought it was ridiculous especially considering the price of the food, like $35 for a seafood omelette. Although that's the rule I still ended up tipping my waitress $10.00, I had a choice tip or buy another $2.99 drink. The money was not the issue it was the principal. It's customer appreciation. My family was also upset that at the end of our dining experience we were talking and a young man came over and asked did we need anything else. Again, understood because it's a busy Sunday but it was very rude. My family tipped the waitress $2.99 what could have been a $20 tip, for a .50 refill. .50 refill will cause me not to return and I've been a loyal customer. But again, the food was good. Thanks

I will never order through delivery service again! I ordered 2 pancakes with eggs and bacon. Eggs were places under neath my pancakes all mushed together. To top it all off they put no butter in the bag and to small prepackaged syrups for two giant pancakes like what am I supposed to do with that? Pancakes were dry because they lacked on providing enough syrup. Please give your customers the same experience wether it’s dining in or to go. First and last time trying this place.

I'm a breakfast girlie and couldn't resist giving this place a shot. It was easy to access upon arrival and while there were quite a few people waiting I was able to walk right in and order on the kiosk. It was pretty quiet inside as everyone waited for their orders. It was pretty easy, I ordered the fried fish and grits with bottled water and a soda. I don't usually go for sodas but I haven't had a crush soda in years. I was surprised that it was $23 for my fish and grits but for real catfish and the portions they give I'm always willing to pay. So we've read about the wait and I felt the need to give my honest experience. I ordered at 1:01pm and was given an eta of 1:22-1:32pm. My name was called at 1:24pm and everything was hot and ready. The staff was also amazing and very nice. She informed others of their eta and did so pleasantly with a smile. Now, onto the food - the fried fish and grits were a delicious! The flavors were rich, and the textures complemented each other perfectly. Breakfast Brothers' efficiency in handling orders is impressive, especially considering the crowd. My order was ready ahead of the estimated time, and the staff's friendly demeanor made the short wait enjoyable. The establishment's accessibility and the convenience of ordering through the kiosk further enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, Breakfast Brothers lived up to the TikTok hype and surpassed my breakfast expectations. From the ease of ordering to the friendly staff and, of course, the delicious food - this place deserves its five stars. If you're a breakfast enthusiast like me, this spot is a must-try!

The express location has much lower quality food than the actual restaurant. Low quality and grainy waffles, fried pork chop tasted like fish (probably using the same oil), the sauces were the little condiment packs. If you are going to charge the same price as the restaurant people deserve the same quality. Not recommended.

I have picked up breakfast brothers twice in the past 3 weeks. Each time I ordered a red velvet waffle, the first try I didn't expect it to be much, but to my surprise I really like the waffle. So I made sure I ordered it again, it really taste like red velvet cake and the toppings make it even better to me (if you like sweets this is the waffle for you). The first order I also ordered the Tex-mex omelette and was disappointed because it didn't have any mushrooms, avocado on top, or the spinach which I was most excited for, but I also ordered an hour before the express location closed so I'm guessing they gave me whatever was leftover. The second time I ordered the waffle plate with that red velvet waffle and that meal was way better. Simple breakfast pick but a good one. I plan on ordering again and even going to the actually restaurant. They are now my preferred choice for a good breakfast. Ordering at the express location does take a little longer to receive your food on the weekends, but I ordered on a Friday morning recently and my food was ready when I arrived (I live about 15min from the express location) but other than that I have enjoyed the food they offer.
