I ordered the orange chicken bowl via Lunchdrop and was totally disappointed. Received a lot of dry rice w/5 pc dry and partially burnt chicken pieces. 3 small broccoli pieces. States orange chicken could not taste it. First and last time ordering. Yall got me this time. I would not have given any stars, but unable to post without selecting. Throw food away will have to get something else. smh

It appeared that several menu items were unavailable, and after waiting for a period without receiving assistance regarding our menu quwstionss, we decided to leave. Perhaps it would be more convenient to place an order for delivery through a service like DoorDash.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Brooklyn Dumpling Shop deserves it. From the moment I walked in, everything felt smooth, clean, and modern. The ordering process was quick and easy, but the real star is the food.
The dumplings are next-level — perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. I tried a variety and honestly couldn’t pick a favorite because each one had its own “wow” factor. The portions were generous too, so you definitely get your money’s worth.
On top of that, the staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to find a spot that combines convenience, quality, and taste all in one, but this place nailed it.
If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and stop in. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or just want something different and delicious, Brooklyn Dumpling Shop will not disappoint. Already planning my next visit!

I came here to have lunch and was immediately greeted as I walked in the door by the Manager. I ordered the spicy soup dumplings, they were so good the broth was amazing!! Also got a bowl and let me tell you the portion sizes are good! Overall, such a great experience with great food and awesome staff!! 😊😊
