Best bagels in Dallas! Be nice to the staff, they are awesome!

Some of THE BEST bagels which unfortunately are hindered by some of the most rude employees. As great as the products are, it’s not worth your time, effort, or money. Management needs to clean up shop, it’s really a shame how awful service is here as many other reviews have noted.

Breakfast sandwich bagels always come out great

I won't take long on this one. This place is everything at the other reviews. Promise if they are. They have earned their two stars. I grab something this morning coming in on inbound flight because I'm in a little bit of a hurry. The people are nice. But this is a toughest bagel I've ever had in my entire life. I think these folks only survive because they're in an airport and can afford to pay the rent to be there. I want my $8.46 back.

Always tons of flies on the food. Staff is lazy about cleaning...can't even imagine how nasty the back must be.

Yummy!! I bring home 1/2 dozen every time I fly into DAL. Great service!

Go inside of security and go to literally any other restaurant in the airport. To say that these people were rude and slow would be a severe understatement. I'm almost 100% sure the bagel I got wasn't a brueggers bagel. It seemed like a stale dunkin bagel. The cashier refused to even talk to me just pointed to stuff with an attitude Unbelievably rude. Learned my lesson here avoid at all costs.

Got a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. It wasn’t great, but young man from Argentina at the counter was great. He was charging & making my bagel. He was friendly & trying to take care of everyone.

idk what the bad reviews are about, this place is great. ive never had a bagel sandwich before and this was a great first experience. I got the herby turkey sandwich and it was delicious. Cashier was quiet and not super hospitable but not rude by any means. Definitely one of the better options at the airport - who the hell wants to eat chilis before/after flying?

Omg. I ordered a bagel sandwich with eggs and cheese. The first one came out with cheese that is on melted and an egg that must've been cooked yesterday. No sauces and cost $16 for my bagel and a f****** coffee. Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible. Horrible. I don't think the eggs were real and I should've read the reviews first.

No one ever answers the phone, I stopped by and wanted to buy tubs of cream cheese and the girl told me they don’t have any? Since when does a bagel shop not have any tubs of cc for sale?!
