Not enough food and food poisoning!!!
We ordered their catering service for our wedding. They were supposed to supply plates and cutlery. First, they didn't bring enough plates and cutlery. They left to get more plates, which put us eating lunch back another hour (our guests were starving). While they were gone, they left the food out and by the time the food was served, much of it was cold.
