First time visiting Brunchaholics. Customer service was great. Everyone was very nice and engaging. My husband and I order the catfish and a brisket soul food burrito. WOW, I’m not sure which we liked better. They were both amazing. One of the best places we’ve eaten at. 15/10 🔥🔥🔥

The Soul Food Burrito with catfish is bussin from First bite and every other bite til it was gone. I’ll say put those yams back in those joints, but either way we will back and you should try em out if you haven’t yet. I ain’t got a picture because I was too busy eating. BO2025

I had the chicken with fries and a side of Mac and cheese. They use chicken thighs, no bones, but it was really good! Fries were good and had alot of seasoning on them. Mac and cheese full of flavor!!! I'll be going back to try more.

Food was ok we ordered to go it definitely didn't look as the advertised pictures and portions were very small for the price chicken and waffles. 2 small waffle pieces and chicken was chicken breast i believe that was what appeared to be 1 chicken breast sliced into 2 pieces. Not sure if we'd return just my honest thoughts.

The burrito was delicious; a bit salty, but good. I didn't care too much for the chicken and waffles, esp the chicken. My bf got the shrimp and Grits bowl, and he said it was good as well

Not enough food and food poisoning!!!

We ordered their catering service for our wedding. They were supposed to supply plates and cutlery. First, they didn’t bring enough plates and cutlery. They left to get more plates, which put us eating lunch back another hour (our guests were starving). While they were gone getting cutlery, they left the food out and most of it was also cold by the time our guests got to eat. They showed up with food and plates for around 80 people, when we ordered for 180 people, so half of our guests did not get to eat. Then, about half of our guests that did get to eat, got food poisoning. On top of that, our coordinator was in contact with Jessie, the owner, in order to try to get more food for us (the amount we originally ordered), and he just stopped responding to her. One of our good friends ended up leaving our wedding to go get some Chick-fil-A platters, so he missed part of our wedding, and by the time he got back with more food, the damage was done and people had already left. He ended up missing half of our reception.
My husband and I are big dancers and we wanted to have a big dance party after lunch (we had a brunch wedding). Instead, over half of our guests left early because they either didn’t get any food at all, or because they got food poisoning. I’m very thankful that I didn’t know any of this was going on until after (my husband and coordinator knew it would seriously negatively impact the day for me), but nonetheless, my wedding day was not what we hoped and planned for it to be because we used this company to cater it.
In addition to that, we have been trying to contact the owner for weeks now, with little to no response. When he does respond, he has made excuses and has not refunded us one penny. We changed our original head count from 200 people to 180 people before the wedding, paid in advance, and tipped him 20% when we paid him and he has still not even refunded us for the change in headcount. He has talked about making it right for us, but has continued to drop the ball in every aspect of making it right. Every time we have tried to contact him since our original contact after the wedding (to tell him what all went wrong) he has ignored us. Whatever your event is, Use someone else.
