We went and got seated at a booth, there was ants on the booth,the wall, and the table we had to move. We told the manager he came over and looked at it and never said anything asked him if he could comp us the appetizer for the inconvenience he said it was too expensive like he had to pay out his own money , it was disappointing. The food came out chicken was old and very dry like it was reheated. The bread was not even warmed all the way bread was tough. It was very very disappointed in this place I been coming for years but I don't think I will return. I won't be surprised to see if this place is closed down very soon

Real Italian experience. The food is more than perfect, and the portions are very big.
We had a lot food to take out,great atmosphere and very nice service.

Super love this family style restaurant we ate at one in Kansas City and it was good too! our waiter at Dallas could have been more helpful- but the host and even the cook staff was so friendly

Save yourself some time and don’t go. Terrible service. Waiter was extremely rude. Will not be returning . Way too expensive for that kind of service!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Our waiter was EXTREMELY rude to begin with but actually had the audacity to say “seriously, I just left the bar” when we asked for another drink. Absolutely ridiculous service, and the manger didn’t even offer an apology. Bread and salad was good but there’s no way we felt comfortable staying another second. Eat here at your own risk but I would never give them my money.

The waiter we got was a horribly crappy person. We were deciding what to order, so when he comes back to check on us, my brother makes an order. The waiter proceeded to say, “Seriously?! I was just at the bar.” That was strike one. Then my uncle says, in the calmest way possible, “ That’s your job…” Then the waiter says, “I am going to have someone else serve you.” Then leaves. Strike two. Like, rude much?! Then, my brother went to go get the manager and he gave us the drinks and salad free. When we passed the kitchen staff, the said, in a joking yet rude manner, “So you want to start working to pay for your meals?” The laughs. If one of the workers is reading this, the joke wasn’t funny. Like, get a sense of humor. Strike three. Will never return. The food was expensive and gross anyway. Don’t waste your time. And, the cherry on top, the manager didn’t address the whole group to apologize. What kind of person does that? Learn what customer service is, if you don’t mind.

I come here often because I like the food and the portions of course, but on this day my food wasn’t very good and not to mention I had a piece of curly hair in my entrée. At that point my appetite was ruined. Of course I sent it back and showed the server. The manager came out with a replacement dish, no empathy nor apology for the disgusting inconvenience, he just stated he personally re- made it himself which to be honest, the first dish was better just unfortunately had a piece of human hair.
No courtesy, no discount or even a dessert or replacement of pasta since we had to only eat the pasta and wasn’t able to eat the meat.

Just had the absolute worst waiter in existence. Ignored us almost the entire time. We got amazing service from I’m assuming one of the hosts or another server, we wish she could’ve been our waitress. We gave him a tip, I’m assuming he wasn’t happy with the amount, should’ve been grateful we gave him anything at all. I’m walking out of the bathroom area with my kids and I’m 8 months pregnant and he saw who I was and quickly got in front of me and cut me off making me almost run into him and creating distance between my children and I. Unprofessional. Provide better service if you want a better tip, don’t make your customers wait 10 minutes to ask what we want to drink, don’t make us wait forever to be able to ask for a refill. Didn’t even ask us how the food tasted. Was literally acting like a server when it came time for the check. Will be telling everyone I know to NOT go to this location, which is unfortunate as the Southlake location is closed.
