Food was not very good. Caesar salad tasted like bagged salad. Chicken Limon was ok, ravioli had no taste. This was our first time there and we went to try it and the special offer. Really very disapppinting and won't return.
Had reservations. Waitress kept passing us by & never acknowledged us for the first 15-20 mins. Waitress was not very helpful in explaining menu & was rude. Seemed rushed & un engaged. Had to ask her repeatedly for items. Kept forgetting them, then would just drop it off at the corner of the table and not say anything & kept it moving. Was more interested in serving others.
Open Table was great and easy to use. Highly recommend it. Made it very easy to arrvie and easily get to our table in no time. Buca is one of my family's favorite places to go. Service is always great and wonderful. The food is always hot and delicious. We always have some to go, but not much. Highly recommend anyone to go that loves family dining. Great memories and good times with family.
