Came in to eat with my family(6). The wait wasn’t too long . The hostess was cleaning off a table for us and then called us over . We went to sit down and the manager Adrian came from the kitchen telling us we couldn’t sit there because the table was reserved. Us being confused on how one reserve a table at Buffalo Wild Wings . ( first come first serve ) he then lead us to a smaller booth and sat the next part of 6 that was behind us at the booth that he took from us . He was very rude about it and literally just walked over us and when we started to tell him something about the whole situation he gaslighted us telling us to calm down like if we were overreaction . And he then tried to accommodate by setting us a whole other table with some chip and salsa on the house .

I came some Buffalo wild wings with some friends after work. I came on 3/19/24 @ 8:00pm. I waited at the table me and my friends for over 30 minutes. I asked for a manager if she came to the table and she was very rude and I will not come back to this location ever again. I do not recommend anybody to come to this restaurant she got madness services very slow and the manager was very rude but worked that shift.

I decided to go to dinner there, the tables were dirty, there were no people, and the staff was not able to go and ask for my order, I was disgusted.
I will never eat from here again!!!!!! After spending $100+ on a order just for me to receive my order and it’s wrong then finding a long black hair in my food when I have red kinky hair. I had to throw my food away and on Tuesday morning I will be reporting this to the health department. It’s unsanitary and gross also when I called the manager hung up before I could get her name and now no one is answering Talk about horrible establishment ?????????????? if I could negative stars I would

Food was fine, but we waited over half an our for our food. We had to ask for our appetizer to be brought out before the wings after waiting about 20 minutes. It wasn’t very crowded either.

If i could give zero stars, i WOULD. the concept of scanning a QR code to order instead of having a server take our order was horrible. server completely ignored us, and never came back or tried to even provide service. Horrible place, and will never return.
