So BWW emailed me a reward for 6 free wings as a birthday gift. I don't frequent the restaurant, maybe once every couple of years. So I decided today to take them up on their free offer during lunch. Absolutely horrible!! The wings tasted dry and days old. After the second bite, in the trash they went. For record purposes, I picked my order up at 12:30pm, expecting fresh food.

The wings are not delicious at all, the truth is that they left a lot to be desired, saying that the ones at Dominos are tastier and more covered in sauces. And much more economical. I really don't recommend these wings.

Everytime I do a pick up order my fries are stale :( Ate there one time and the fries were fresh and perfect; not sure if the to go order get the stale fries but it’s unfortunate because they’re fries are so good when they’re fresh :( I always end up eating them but this time I’m debating on calling…

Ordered a take out and it was 50 minutes late compared to the app selected time. No accountability from the staff about it.
I ordered a modification that cost extra and never got it. I completed a survey telling them and received no response from them.
Response: I already completed one the day I ordered. What now?

Worst ever!!!! Worst lunchtime customer service ever, for the 2nd week in a row. Not many customers in the place, and we finally got a server over, & she went & got us water, but didn't give us any straws or napkins. Ordered a long island that's constantly plastered on the tv monitors, but it just tasted like sweet, brownish sugar water, which was a complete waste of money. And then the burger & fries come after an extreme wait, & the fries were cold as hell, & she still didn't leave us any napkins or utensils. How does the cook, the server, and the management "not know" that they are serving cold fries. Of course they know, but it's obvious that they don't give a d _ _ _! The best part of this visit was that the path to the exit door was clearly visible, so as to see my way out of there. We won't ever visit this Addison wild wings ever again. You should be ashamed, but by your extremely low google reviews, I'm sure you're not.

I walked out on Saturday after being completely ignored by the staff. I came in there is a sign that says seat yourself, a staff member will be with you in a moment. After 5-7 minutes, not so much as a hi, or we will be with you in a moment. It was well after peak lunch hour and there were only a handful of tables. One guy was one the phone taking orders, and there were 3-4 other staff members that never took notice. I get things happen, places will be busy, sometimes places are short staffed, but none of that appeared to be the case. Luckily Addison has many other options and after a short drive I was able to find another option that would have me seated and take my drink order in less time than I was at BWW.

Ask Myrakle to serve you. She was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was delicious as always. I wish they had more sandwich options, like pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw on top like I've eaten at other locations. However, the food we ordered was perfect.

I recently just started eating chicken and wanted to taste buffalo wild wings for the first time! I had the most amazing server. Her name was Joy and she was awesome! She was very attentive and got us everything we needed. Made my first time eating chicken, very memorable. We will be back!
