So I placed an online order that said my food would be ready at 8pm. I should up a bit early and it was chaos. I ordered the 20 piece traditional wings pack that came with fries . I also ordered nachos with my reward points. The day i ordered they had a promotion on wings and I was suppose to get 6 free wings. I get there and there is a bunch of people standing around the to go area. Some were saying they had been there since 6:30 and it was close to 8pm. The girl running the to go area would come with an order say the name a few times and if no one answered would go back to the staging area. People would arrive and want to ask about their order but she wouldn’t come back towards the register unless she was finished with an order. My order said would be ready at 8pm I didn’t leave there till 8:55 and to top it off I was missing my fries and the six free wings. It was chaos. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them online it takes them forever and then they get it wrong.

Absolutely horrible service! We waited over an hour for our to go order just for the wings to be cold, nasty celery, and no order of fries. We asked for our money back and to cancel the order but were told we couldn’t. There’s absolutely no way I’ll ever step foot into this restaurant again.

Thank you. Bdubs is good as always and tasty but this exceptional waitress shared a tear with all of us as it was a birthday dinner for twins, one of which was me and the other a picture frame of my late twin who passed earlier this year. She was empathetic and shared in the quick grief moment.
And my niece who is autistic had tantrum while trying to be removed from her seat. But she didn't flinch. She helped. And was patient. And kind. Any other person would roll their eyes.
Thank you so much. I am happy I had my dinner here. Can I give service 6 stars?

I’m not a fan of BWW but… my husband wanted to go tonight. While the food isn’t that amazing and the atmosphere was LOUD!! (There was a game night and also, it’s to be expected) and the hostess seemed annoyed that he had to work tonight, I was SURPRISED with the service. James was so respectful, kind, he was super busy and still checked on us. I don’t find many waiters like him these days so I just wanted to give him a Kudos. He needs a raise or promotion or something!!

this place is so nasty. they brought out our food cold and got out order wrong. we ordered spicy garlic wings but came out with cold buffalo wings. and when we brought it up to the girl she lied to our faces that it was right. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be disappointed.

Janay was my server today. I'm currently in Dallas for training. Janay is an exceptional server with a positive energy and I even noted to her that she should be a flight attendant with her energy. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the near future.
