Avoid this place at all cost. The extremely rude blonde manager needs to go. Her attitude is atrocious. Theres a reason 95% of the restaurant is empty during football season and Twin Pweaks a few blocks away is packed. I will be calling corporate. I was sought out by the manager because the last time I cane I told her boss the regional manager how rude she was. Within 15 minutes 3 other customers were cussing out the staff for being rude.

Wanna start with, Sam is a phenomenal server! We have had her many, many times and she is the main reason we love this place so much!! Very knowledgeable, kind and makes us feel special everytime we come in! Also the food does always come out super fresh and timely and always is exactly how its ordered. Highly recommend coming here. I ordered the ultimate nachos and there was so few toppings on there I was basically eating chips with a drizzle of toppings. Not what I would expect from ultimate nachos. This place is always freezing cold that it is almost unbearable to actually sit and eat your food comfortably.

Had a pick up order for lots of boneless wings. Everyone who ate them didn’t finish more than half the wings because the chicken was nasty. Chewy in some spots, weird coloration in others. Pretty close to never getting bww again
