My husband and I came here knowing this restaurant had really bad reviews but it was the only restaurant that was opened at 1 Am. We were approached by a guy named OMAR . He was extremely friendly, he took our order and we got it pretty fast. I will definitely come back. You can’t go to a restaurant with a bad attitude and expect to receive kindness back. Treat people as you would like to be treated. Treat your servers with respect and they will take care of you. Thank you Omar for your good service

Came in to the restaurant. Sat down and bartender, without even saying hi, proceeds to tell me my water tumbler isnt allowed. Never had that issue at any restaurant. I explained its filled with water and its for medical reasons. She asked if I had a medical card stating so. I proceeded to ask for a manager as that was a blatant privacy violation. Manager states the same saying its buffalo wild wings policy and TABC policy. Called buffalo wild wings support, no such policy exists. TABC support, only restriction is putting alcohol in the tumbler, which was not desired to do in the first place, nor requested or attempted. So staff lied and im not even sure for what reason. I would avoid this place. Looking over other reviews it seems the staff does not want business.

I thought I was tripping but with the look of the rest of the reviews it’s crazy. We got sat, 30 mins later no one greeted us. I asked the host to get us somebody she didn’t help. 10 more mins pass by I see a manager which I figured he was a manager since he was carrying a tablet not really doing shit think his name is Ryland I told him how we have not been seen he did not really show any type of sympathy besides saying he will take our order. almost an hour pass by and we still have not gotten our appetizer not even our entree he has not came to check on us. A lady waitress passed by us so many times did not greet nor check on us either. THIS IS A REMINDER TO GO TO PLUCKERS

Dine in. Even though the service has been extremely Bad we were still going to this location because the is a couple of good service. We happen to show up one day and got the bad server and treated people really bad. There was a black gentleman and refused to serve us if we did not tip him. I am not gonna tip anyone that thinks just because they are there they will get a tip. There has been lots of complaints about this location. Most of the time they are sitting in the corner all together not even attending their customers

The worst service I've ever seen and wish we would of read the reviews before coming in to dine. We were ignored at the table at the bar for at least 15-20 mins and the place wasn't packed enough to even have to look around and find our rude waiter Bivins. After forgetting one of the main orders for a table of 3 we asked him to cancel it and just bring more blue cheese for the wings. He gave attitude and called my friend an asshole because he complained about how Bivs didn't remember his order and now making seem like it was the customers problem not his. Not even an apology or acknowledging his mistake. When we asked to speak to his mgr Omar it was even more pathetic because he knew we were upset and insulted by the lazy and slow service we got and seemed like it was no big deal and that got us even more upset. Our first experience at this BWW was the worst ever and will never step foot in that place again. Don't hire servers that don't want to work and don't hire mgrs that are incompetent if they allow bad attitude and service to run their business. Now looking at our bill it looks like Omar is also the cashier too.

The server was rude from the start, stressed just because we didn’t understand the promo right away, messed up my order, and ignored us while giving another guest (who arrived way after us and was probably his friend) her food, drinks, and check before ours. When we finally stood up to leave because he wouldn’t bring our check, he got mad and told us to “be patient,” even though she got everything right away. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
For management: this was the server with tattoos, a buzz cut, and average height, we went on September 2nd at night.

My friend and I arrived at 11:30 to see if there was a possibility to get a table. The restaurant closes at 12. The host today 8/31 saw us and hid. She ignored us while we waited and just hid behind the to-go counter. She saw us literally walking in and left. Had to go to the bar, the lady was very nice and said they had last call and we just left. I never leave reviews but the host was extremely unprofessional and literally hid and was on her phone. Very rude and unpleasant.

Was walking past and it started pouring down rain for over an hour. They were kind enough to let me sit on their patio while the rain slowed down.
