These are some great beef burgers. Everything was fresh in our togo order. Great Job!

The customer service is nonexistent. Don't waste your time just go to Taco joint next door.On Saturday 11/18 me and my friend ordered online to pick up in store, when we got there the lady at the front counter was so confused when we told her we ordered online. Mind you there are no other customers in the store at this time just me and my friend and only two orders bagged up that had my name and my friends name. She made us jump through hoops to confirm that it was our order. She had my name on my friends bag and her name on mine, no biggie we switched the bags. Well that's when we should have looked in our bags and actually checked the food. We made it all the way home and started eating just to realize they switched our burgers and gave my friend the wrong fries. We called and spoke with the woman that was at the counter and all she said was "I told you it was switched", which she did not. My friend ordered at least 4 different items and I only ordered 2 items, like I said our names were on the wrong bags but the amount of items in each bag were correct so we just switched bags. They refused to refund one burger (which was all that was needed) or even make another burger. They wouldn't even refund the incorrect fries that they gave my friend. This place is a joke and very unorganized. Our first and last time here!!!!!

This place is great! The burgers were very tasty. Onion rings and curly fries were light and crispy. We got our food pretty fast. The establishment was very clean. Will return again soon!

It's a small joint......service was lack luster. The guy at the register seemed odd. I'm tryna stay on the healthy side of the spectrum and opted for the turkey burger. He said it came with a special sauce....thousand island. Doesn't seem special but I'm gone roll with it. Waited about 15 mins for a super thin, flavorless patty.....without the sauce. I don't do bad food very well. Not sure who does but saying you have the best in town is a far reach. Won't EVER return.

I had the guacamole burger, and omg it was so good!!! Very flavorful and everything tasted fresh. I also really loved the curly fries. My husband has a philly cheesecake, and it tasted wonderful, even though the presentation looked a little squished/lackluster. The environment could use some freshening up or some color- it doesn't really evoke "island" to me, but it was still nice and clean. There service was excellent. Honestly will come back to try all the different varieties!

I decided to try this place out today because of the reviews and I always pass by after work. I spent about 14 bucks and some cents for a bacon cheese burger and some curly fries. The food was not terrible but i did not feel like it was worth the money. For the same price point or for a couple bucks more, i think there are better burger joints. most likely will not return.

My daughter and I went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1:30, and they weren't busy at all. We had the jalapeño cheese burger and shared an order of Cajun fries. The burgers were nice and tasty. I enjoyed mine more than my daughter enjoyed hers. I did go into the restaurant extremely hungry, so I'm not sure if that played a part. The Cajun fries were only okay. They were just basic fries with some odd smelling seasoning sprinkled on top. You couldn't taste the seasoning once dipped in ketchup, so we were able to eat some. After our meal, we each got a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream. I think the scoop was a little on the small side, but it was still yummy. This isn't a place I would run to or even tell my friends about, but if I were hungry and it was nearby, I would consider eating there again.

i have been coming here for years, and for some reason today i found not one but two pieces of hair in my food. The first was small and black i so just moved it to the side and didn’t say anything. As i was taking another bite i noticed a white gray hair on my piece of lettuce. I grabbed that piece and threw everything else in the trash. I took it to the manager and showed her, she asked if i wanted another burger like that was enough. i said no thank you and walked out. Could have gave my money back would have been nice!!! Watch what u eat who knows what’s next!!

Placed an online order, arrived there just for it to be closed. They however charged my card. Called menufy to inform and get refund, but they will not process refund untill restaurant manager gets back to them. Their solution for me was to file charge back with my bank.
