I stopped by this place today and was really impressed. The hamburger I ordered the Island Burger with jalapeños had amazing flavor and a nice savory kick. It honestly tasted like a gourmet burger but at a much better price. The fries were okay, and the coffee was just alright, but the burger definitely made the visit worth it. The chicken sandwich was also really good and something I’d recommend trying. If you’re in the area or just looking for a good bite to eat, this place is definitely worth checking out.

Marina and the twins are the best place for quality affordable burgers and everything under the sun! This is definitely the place to get take out..go on a first date and celebrate in the restaurants or at home! You can go to any burger place nearby like JGs down the street...but food in here cannot be beat....its an absolute pleasure to be treated like ebony and ivory! This place is my sanctuary !

TL;DR: The place smelled so bad, I decided to leave without my food because I didn't want to risk it.
I used to frequent this burger island when I was a student at Richland College. It was surprisingly good for a chain burger joint. I would place it as just below jakes.
I went today, for the first time in 10 years, hoping to repeat the experience. When I walked in, I noticed that the floor was very tacky and there was a strong smell. Initially, I ignored both those things in favour of nostalgia. I ordered my food and, as I was waiting, the smell just seemed to get worse. The smell was very similar to the worst halitosis (bad breath) that I've ever encountered, except it was everywhere in the restaurant. While waiting for my food, I tried stepping outside, but, eventually, I decided that eating there wasn't worth the risk. I cut my losses and left without my food.
I can't speak for the quality of the food; it may be just as good as it was 10 years ago. I can say I would no longer trust any food from this location.

One of the best burgers I have ever eaten, and huge for a two patty burger, don’t know how anyone could finish a three patty one, but they have one, also it’s awesome that they have other great selections for those non burger eaters in your group, and pretty darnn good smoothies and slushes also. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is good, but not perfect, however that being said, I will be eating here on a more regular basis, I highly recommend it!
