Experience was crap. Whoever was working the night of the 4th need to be fired. Nothing on the order was correct. Got charged extra for something I didn’t even receive and didn’t get any ketchup or any sauces that I asked for. Simple job, follow what’s on the ticket and have someone double check it before it’s sent out.

This Burger King never answer the drive thru everytime we come to this location we pull up and they don't respond I notice that it's always empty no one never comes to this location back in the 90 until the year 2000 this place use to serve hot and fresh food I don't know what has happened but why this place open but have no service I don't understand what is going on but they need to fix the problem.

Yesterday I passed by this Burger King, the employees were fighting with an Uber, the employee tried to tell the Uber that his order was not ready and to wait, the Uber got upset and tried to talk to the boy who was working and told him "I will not get with a woman", I just watched as the boy answered yes and continued working. I don't know how people can't understand that these employees have other priorities such as self-service orders and internal orders. I give them 5 stars, it was not their fault that the man was impatient.

We asked for 2 of Burgers to Have No, Onions. Guess what?. . It had onions. But the One that had No, Onions was supposed to have Onions. Darn' It ! ! !
Just picked up a quick after work lunch and all I can say is thank you. Service was very friendly and quick. I ordered a #10 Big Fish combo with J/C bites and a sweet tea. It was very good and fresh. Thanks again.

I visited the Burger King at 801 N Riverfront Blvd, Dallas, TX 75207 on February 7th at 12:40 PM and had a very disappointing experience. I specifically requested hot fries with my order, but the cashier gave me cold ones. When I politely asked for a replacement, she seemed upset. Later, I ordered churros, but they were served cold and without cinnamon. Instead of preparing them correctly, the cashier simply sprinkled cinnamon on top of the fries I was already eating. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, explained my complaint, and asked for his name, but he refused to provide it, citing “security reasons.” The employee who served me was a Hispanic woman around 50 years old. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable, and I would appreciate it if Burger King addressed this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I sometimes forget how great their burgers taste. The fries could've been better, though - they seemed refried. But the burger was really good and affordable. You can still feed your family at Burger King without breaking a bank.
