I went through the drive-thru at this Burger King and had a terrible experience (06/17/25- 4:05 check camera please). While I was taking a moment to decide my order, the staff member on the intercom literally yelled at me, which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your store. I’m requesting escalation on this issue and would like to speak with whoever manages or oversees this location. Your store seriously needs better-trained staff—this is not how customers should be treated.

As a paying customer I felt like I need to express a problem that I had but I didn't go back it was on my mind today. This what happened I went into the drive-thru to get the Wednesday special I specify and tell them how I need the burger fix and I repeatedly at least two times so I pulled up and paid for the food but I trusted that they wouldn't put cheese on the burger. Sometimes people are allergic two different dairy products and my husband was looking forward on eating for lunch. But that didn't work out the order was incorrect. I learned my lesson. Thank God he didn't eat the burger. We didn't go back. Dissatisfied customer you lose money. You cannot trust what people say specially in the Drive-Thru......

Ordered in the drive thru and Mrs. Rachel was very nice and helpful when it came to taking my order. The food was very fresh and hot, I recommend this location anytime.
Couldn't order through drive thru, wouldn't answer the drive through phone. When I got to the window to order, they said they were to busy. They only had two individuals to take orders from. That's why they couldn't answer the drive through phone.

Went inside to make an order.I made the order as soon I walked in. The service was slow. They let about three customers after me. Get their order before me. One of the customers gotta shake just like my order. I had to end up asking for a refund because they were taking so long.
