This Burger King store is lacking in so many ways. My experience at this store varies from bad to really bad.If you order online for "pickup in the store", you have to wait for the crew to prepare your order AFTER you come in the store and ask for it. If you order online for drive thru pickup, you have to sit at the window and wait for them to prepare your order AFTER you tell them that you placed an online order. Huh? What?They rarely get your order correct. I never get extra onions but I get a boatload of Burger King tough rinded pickles. When I pay for extra lettuce, I don't get what paid for.I only purchase Impossible Whoppers and yet these vegetable based patties often come with hard, darkly charred (to the point of tasting burnt), and inedible edges.If you ask for extra mustard, expect them to give you none at all or hand you mustard sauce as an acceptable substitute to go on your burger.If I want a decent burger that I can enjoy eating, I have to drive to Duncanville, TX. I find this to be an unacceptable alternative.Ordering in the drive thru is very, very slow. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes even if only one car is ahead of you.I also found the in-store experience to be far less than inviting. Consequently, I rarely order from this store.Vegetarian options: Visit some other Burger King store!

There was a Puerto Rican guy there working with Hispana women and he offered to put cheese on my whopper for an extra 25 cents. It was nice of them they tried there best.There was a black woman there that wouldn't give me a veggie burger because she didn't know what that was. Her black boss came and didn't know what that was. I had to repeat saying "veggie burger" because they didn't under stand what that was.It was better in 2016.Parking: It’s good parking. The truckers shouldn’t park there or use the drive way.

I would be careful going to this place, I just left there and I gave my card to the guy at window and he took his phone out of his pocket and I told him you shouldn’t do that and he said oh don’t worry. Why would you pull your phone out, luckily I was paying attention, some people might not be so lucky. I need a response from management about this!

It's in a bad area. There are plexiglass barriers to keep the denizens away from the cash register. If you want to use the restroom you have to ask for a key. If that's not enough the food was horrible. I ordered the chicken sandwich but I didn't finish it.

If I could give this place O ⭐️ I would the service here has been terrible since this location has been in this neighborhood if you don’t want to work for people in lowcome neighborhoods don’t apply for the job Ms.Rachel is the only professional employee they have here at this location every other manager is in the wrong position I guess more training may help WORK ON THE FOOD THE TIMING ⏱️ ON GETTING ORDERS OUT AND BETTER SERVICE WOULD NOT HURT…….Who ever owns this place might just wanna swing by
This is the most slowest burger king location in Dallas Texas. Slow service it's like they literally don't want to be there. They need to shut the whole location down, or get new staff managers

Just left. Now correct me if I am wrong but its Have It Your Way the motto for BK? I asked for a burger with no bun and was told I could not have that. The lady slammed the window in my face when I asked for a manager. She clearly hates her job. I sat there for 5 minutes before she came back and told me to go back to Africa. SMH I am born and raised in Dallas Texas. Now if I would have called her out her name the police would have came. I did the survey and hope someone calls me. She do not deserve a job dealing with customers.Parking: dirty with trash everywhere
