food is great here but for the nightshift workers it says 2am and they stop serving way too early like at 1:30am if you come around that time they will either ignore you or hide in the back thats bad customer service and dont think is right the workers are getting paid for free

Food is good here whenever I come. I decided I wanted a late night meal, so I place an order through the app at 1:30, was there by 1:40 to pick (20 mins before their closing time) no one answered on the speaker, went to the window and a lady just shook her head no and I tried to show her my order receipt, but no one had the curiosity to even come to the window and say anything. $20 spent and no one was able to even verbally communicate with me! I tried to call the next day to speak with a manager, and even their phone number doesn’t work!

I'm at this location again June 18,2025 I don't understand how they passed that Health Department inspection because I got the Wednesday trio my chicken sandwich is cold and have been setting up under the warmer it's not fresh they need to start cooking their food fresh and the whoppers are half cooked I want my whopper well done and cooked darker please run that meat through the machine slowly so that the meat can cook you'll so busy trying to rush and cook the food quick so you can get the line down and the food is half done and making people sick and the lines are never long so what the rush.They have this one Hispanic elder lady trying to cook all the food and the food is not turning out good I'm so tired of coming here to get half cooked food I'm so disappointed.

This place could be cleaner. The bathroom was a hot mess, literally. The people are sulky. I stood in line while several people stood astound talking in Spanish and laughing, totally ignoring me. Then when another Hispanic came in, they immediately offered to take their order, again ignoring me like I wasn't there. Just rude!

So I normally go there every morning, and lately a new young lady has been in the drive thru. Apparently, she’s not a morning person, but who cares because I have to work for a living too. I’m not understanding every morning she has an attitude and takes her little sweet time to get me a small hash browns and a small coffee. I can tell by her demeanor at the drive thru window, she just looks at you like you know how much your order is. Like ma’am are going to tell me how much my order is or not? I’m not understanding how you guys would have someone working here with such a nasty attitude like hers. I’m only sending this email because working at a fast food place isn’t easy but respect goes a long ways. If you guys would be kindly to inform her that this a place of business and that will not be tolerated on any day or find someone that wants to work.

They got all me and my husbands order wrong they added things we didn’t want and didnt put what we wanted We ordered 12 chicken fries and only gave us 8 I asked no tomato on my chicken sandwich and they put it on Food was cold weakly made Not satisfied at all There service was good
