I went to the Burger King earlier today at 2848 Northwest Highway in Dallas. I ordered 8 Chicken Nuggets and a Large Fry. A very kind and beautiful young lady named Hope took my order. She greeted me with a smile and made sure my order was correct. The Chicken Nuggets were great and the Fries were wonderful. Everything was fresh, hot and good! Hope provided me with outstanding customer service. Thank you Hope and Burger King for a great experience! GOD Bless You!

This place was horrible i ordered 2 mustard whoppers without lettuce. The person at the register could not understand English.When my order came it had lettuce and ketchup. This orxer took 3 times to get it right I will never go back

Went to the drive thru - The goof must have been yelling or had the mic way to close to his mouth (just distortion) ordered 3 bacon double cheese burgers, large drink and large fries, got charged for 3 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 drinks( there is a reason they don't give you the receipt until last) what I actually got for $16 1 cold bacon dbl cheese burger, large drink (Ice was melted how old was it?) a half full large French fries. Don't go here, fast food is in trouble because of the pandemic, No they are in trouble because of there "service" I will never go back

Shake machine is almost always "broken". I order here from UberEats all the time, but whether or not I get what I want is a toss up. They try to accommodate, but after so many times, it's beginning to become a pattern.I've also had them outright deny my orders before, for some reason. One second they're taking orders, next, they cut off. (And this being at earlier times, not right before closing - same goes for whenever I try ordering shakes)I've tried to call to resolve my issues, but they don't pick up.Food is well cooked, so no complaints there. I just don't feel confident in these locations to be consistent or willing to improve. It's really disappointing

Don't ever come here. I ordered online, when I arrived at the drive thru they just telling you to keep waiting with no intention on taking your order, if I hadn't already paid I would leave. I had a free t-mobile offer, so I figured I would redeem it. This place is awful.

The first time I came the lady at the drive thru was real rude not only that but they messed up on our order... I came back a second time and the fried were cold the buns weren't fresh and I had got a sweet tea for my drink and the tea wasnt even finished it was TERRIBLE!!! Never coming here again!!!!!
