Why does it say on the Internet burger king does lettuce wrap? I didn't get it lettuce wrap. And why does my lettuce look grey? Lol

We went for the special How to Train Your Dragon meal. After waiting 13 minutes (nobody else was ordering in the dining room) we got our food. The nuggets and burger were cold. I didn't get my fries. The young woman at the register told me I had upgraded to the cheese sticks. No... not true. We didn't get ranch for our nuggets or cheese sticks... and my burger came with a piece of bacon... which I had specially requested without as we don't eat pork products. Apparently they put bacon on anyway but then removed the majority, leaving a small piece on there.

If you want to enjoy your food, go elsewhere.

No onions No tomatoes
Well I didn't understand why they put onions after I asked for no onions
People's request to not include certain things can be due to allergies or simply don't care for the taste
Workers should be more attentive when it comes to customers request on how they want their burgers made

If I could leave NO stars I would but it’s not an option. I witnessed one of the cooks not change her gloves after seeing her brooming and using her phone before proceeding to make my order with the SAME gloves. This is very unsanitary and definitely DONT recommend this location due to this. Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

This is the worst location you can ever go to they will scare you out of your money by charging you for a large when you order a medium and not give you an option to have a small combo for example Whopper Wednesday they wanted to charge me over $10 for a combo that is advertised for under $5 then the order was wrong and I go in to get it corrected and the people in the back are laughing about it then the manager gets an attitude and throws my money back at me this is the worst location I've ever been to in all of Dallas-Fort Worth

Watch out for your codes when you go to this location. Brianna is stealing your codes and she’s acting like the code is not good, but when you try to go back on the app to do the code again, the app is saying that the code have being used.

I think for this combo breakfast meal
.comes with 2 sausage and egg and cheese biscuits and a has browns and a coffee for 6.00 is pretty good ..not bad ..food was better then expected and fast service...thanks. and being honest.

Went to order in drive thru Saturday 10/19/2024 at 8:55pm. They actually had the audacity to say in Spanish “ya estamos cerrados”
I was literally like “uhhhh okay” and reversed out and called home for alternate option but
Then another car comes and orders?!?!
So I’m confused if they only serve certain people.
I get that the workers don’t care and if they don’t wanna work since they’ll get paid hourly regardless and don’t want to sale because it’s not their business nor their money it affects. So yeah easy to say “sorry were closed because we don’t want to work and prefer to yap and be on our phones and still get paid”

Terrible service once again. Ordered online only to have them not pack all items in our order. The lady said she did pack everything and even said she remembered giving us a sprite when all 4 drinks were brown and clearly coke. All we asked for was our small fry that was missing. She refused stating she had given it to us. Our order cost 30 dollars, I would never go and ask for one small order of fries when I can afford to pay for it. It's upsetting that we did pay for something and it was not given to us. Then for her to say she got our order right and denied giving us 4 cokes and that she did give us a sprite... please! I've always tried to be respectful and understanding that service is never perfect but when people don't do their job right and can't fix their mistakes while we have already paid for something, we'll that is not ok. Will never stop at this Burger King again.
