It's disgusting, the service doesn't have any of their drinks in the machines, the food is made with cheese and to top it off, they mix the Coca Cola with water, this should be reported to the city of Dallas because they are not complying with what they offer and they don't give you what you pay for the cold burger, you order a large Papa's and they give you the small ones.

window cashier was extremely rude rolling her eyes and yelling just because i couldn’t hear her at the speaker and came to the window for my mobile order. then i finally get my order only to bite into what tastes like charcoal, then upon further inspection of my charcoal patty. i see that somehow, someway, they burnt the patty all around the edges perfectly. i don’t even understand how you perfectly burn only the edges to a crisp you guys are next level petty..

The people are rude. Luis is rude. But whoever the cook is, he's doin his job! My burgers look like the pics. Always good and neatly made. But the service sucks.
The food was OK. Some of the fries were a little bit. Stale actually was mostly salty. Other than that I would say was OK the service. They messed up my order slightly when I asked him tomake it plain. instead, they added mayonnaise and ketchup when I asked for the condiments other than that, it was OK atmosphere well we ordered through the drive-through, but I noticed that it was pretty dirty. The speaker was it looked pretty dusty and they can’t really hear me well during the speaker.
