Screwed up again, when will I learn, this time order #22, an online order, they put mayo on my chicken sandwich's & forget to add tomatoes, but they didn't have any problem charging me $ for it anyway! Always check your order at this damn store!
Update Oct 25/25, ordered Whopper value meal got everything right except extra Mustard, & when getting my order ready 2 employees spilled my fries and laughed about it before bringing my order to window, Do Not utilize this establishment!

It's an OK establishment. Fast food in general has a lack of effort from a majority of employees. Stopped by drive thru about 10pm for a quick meal. Took excessive time to get the food only for it too be thrown together, cold and flat soda.

Just don’t go here to eat the service is horrible and they keep the fountain drink machine off my girl and I had to keep giving them our cups for refills and they never washed they hands after take money in drive-thur. The Manager turn the fountain on for who she wanna turn it on for. Sad I can’t get the chesse melted on a whopper no more.

Doordashing at this Burger King and as Im waiting for a customers order, I asked for some water while they are behind making two burgers and a fry...the cashier told me to pay her .54 cents for the cup to get water. What??? A customer walked out after that.

This is the second time in two days I've been to this burger king, I just moved back to the area and I had a horrible experience yesterday when I ordered lunch for everyone, my order was extremely simple, I've never had any issues ordering onion rings instead of french fries considering they are the exact same price. Regardless of that the gentleman who has worked there I know for at least three or four years messed up on my order which isn't a big deal and was rude. And then when I came in this morning you could tell the lady definitely did not want to be there no smile no thank you no welcome in no good morning. I'm almost certain she was the manager come on Burger King corporate if you can't even get the managers to be respectful and nice you got a huge problem and not paying your employees near enough. She was not happy to be there. Definitely need to send all your employees play some kind of class to show customer service requirement
Really bad customer service! I’m not one to do this but I believe it was unacceptable! I placed a mobile order, went to pick up my order through the drive thru, checked it and was missing one item. Went in to notify them and received so many eye rolls and huffs and puffs and was asked did you take one out? I responded ma’am how you gave me my bag I opened to check it and there’s only 3 items out of the 4 I ordered. She responded I bagged your order and there’s only was 4, I proceed with oh ok I probably over looked but go ahead and check yourself to make sure, there’s only 3, she proceeds to roll her eyes and let, what I’m assuming is her supervisor know of whats going on, and she rolls her eyes and says there’s 3 not 4, I responded exactly what I said, long story short, neither did I get my item nor a refund. Really bad customer service!
