Got the new crispy onion burger. I asked for no cheese and of course it had cheese. They remade it and threw the other away. Good taste but the crispy onions were just 2 onion rings.

WORST SERVICE EVER! The manager Mari was VERY RUDE, did not want to remake my whoppers that were made incorrectly she wanted me to come back with the burgers the next day because she said they ran out of meat and they were making it and it was going to take about 2 hours. Can’t believe how low the customer service is!!!

Thank GOD fir our cashier Zariha! She was truly a breath of fresh air. Excellent Customer Service 😁 Food was fresh & yummy 😋 On the other hand the manager seemed to b a bit rude. While they were passing each other the manager(wrk'n the drive-thru) bumped Zariha w/o saying excuse me🤷🏾♀️ Just rude!

Went there this morning, no greeting just straight attitude I believe the Mexican lady was the manager and I got my food was checking it, I guess that pissed her off even more she asked what I needed and I replied nothing just checking my order and then she rolled her eyes and shut the window, I hate they put unhappy people in places where they have to deal with people go find a desk job but the crazy thing, with Burger King being this big nationwide fast food chain you would think they were going broke to charge customers 54 cents for a little cup of water

When I got home my drink was root beer instead of Dr pepper like I asked for. My burger didn't have the cheese that I asked for. Make sure yall check your stuff before you leave. Customer service was horrible. DONT recommend
