People complaining to much to me this is the best burger king because every we're else there are rude people and some of y'all can't even order right. Be playing games order all this food and don't have the correct change and so what if they charge for cup ok so get over everything has a price on it and maybe if their close maybe they don't have enough workers.people quick to judge the worker about everything y'all need to stop because trust me burger king is not the worst place u went to and it won't be the last some of y'all go overboard and childish.
I don't think the manager with the glitter on her face. Knew how to make the shakes? I think they were terrible, and the way she talked to the employees was terrifying

Came over today for the whopper Wednesday deal. Damn the burger was soo fresh, so good. The fries still warm & seasoned right. Definitely coming back here for the meal deal.

This burger king is a joke no line or anything i was told to drive up to pay at 2nd window which okay thats normal but once i pay lady at window told me to reverse back until they were ready for me to drive back up ive never reversed backwords in any drive trough let alone somewhere that didint even have a line let alone any other cars but my own , made me feel uncomfortable , like what is the reasoning i cant wait 4 minutes for my food at the last window if i already paid with no line ? Very suspicious if management allows this is very weird . Wont return to this location

The place is fitlhy. filled with trash and bugs. People there are rude, with personal problems that they take out on people. They wont take your order and pretend they cant hear. Bad attitude all around.

I’ve visited this location and ask for extra onions they gave me molded onions on the side. Yesterday I tried using my royal perks points the manager put in my code and then said I have to order an items off the menu in order to receive items from my points I moved to the side and try calling customer service it was close and I told her I’ll order value fries so I could get my items order with points she told me you got out of line so you can’t get the points item and I can’t put the points back on your account the manager is very rude when I ask for her name she mumbled something I ask can you write your name she said I don’t have a pen when I ask for corporate number she said she don’t have it I ask for complaint number she said she don’t have it she refuse to give me the items from points so I left without anything

This location needs to fire the entire staff and start over. Particularly on today (6/2/24), the ONLY black employee working at 3:00pm is RUDEST person that I've come across in years, in their customer service position. This girl had 1 job and she failed miserably. There were 2 customers in the establishment, and she had the orders all mixed up. When she's told the orders are wrong (by her co-worker), she flings the sack upon the counter to ask if I still wanted what I'd paid for. Mind you, she's given my order to the gentleman that was behind me. He's riffled through the order, i.e. touching the open fries. NO I don't want the food this gentleman was allowed to touch!! She kept saying, "Well I didn't know." Then what the hell are you doing waiting on customers if you don't know what you're doing? It was 2-3 burgers with fries. How hard is it? I told her that her manager needed to know about her behavior toward customers. She said, "So, do you want my name?" I told her I didn't need her name, as she was the only AFRICAN AMERICAN working then. I was purchasing food for someone else, I don't do microwaved burgers, however, I will never enter this one again. Close the whole store!!!!!

Great service and I haven’t wanted Burger King in two years. I decided to stop here and what a good choice. Very clean, food is fresh always, and the ladies that make the burgers do it so professional, lol I watch. I always see the same four Hispanic ladies, two make burgers, 1 at the front counter and the other that’s a little grouchy at the window. Keep up the good work ladies.

The manager Liz at this establishment is so rude. I placed an order through the app and came to pick up my order, she said that breakfast was over. I said, I understand that but I placed my order over 20 minutes ago when breakfast was still going on. She said that I placed my order at the window. She clearly knew nothing about my order and then she said you have to call the people on the app. They never fixed my order. They didn't even see my name until later. She looked at me and said no and walked away. She never tried to fix the matter or anything. This lady is always so rude at the drive thru. She doesn't know how to talk to her customers, but I never say anything. Now, I can't get in touch with anyone to get my money back. My money is just gone and she could care less but she's their manager. She doesn't try to find a resolution. She just said no and walked away. Maybe if I was rude back to her she would have tried to rectify the situation. I will no longer support this establishment and I suggest you don't either unless you want rude customer service by Liz. She also started speaking Spanish to her other associate about my order. They never pulled my ticket and tried to lie about it. I was right there when they saw it. I need someone to contact me about my refund. I don't just give money away
