I did go here on Sunday none of the employees could speak English one of the customers had to translate I waited 45 m for my order they still got it wrong terrible service wish there was a manager who can speak English I’m waiting on the Dm to reach out to me

I go thru the drive thru regularly at this location. It's usually decent, although they are always out of caffeine free diet coke. They've had it in stock one time in 2 months. Why don't you restock the item that I'm told that you're supposed to have? Anyway, tonight my Impossible Whopper was not good. I asked for very light mustard. When I get home not only is it drenched in mustard, but the top bun was split in half and and not fresh.

All the workers chatting and on the phone and the bathrooms without paper and made an aaassco.
I see they use Door Dash for delivery, which means if it's missing something, that's your problem and not theirs. So, I hate Door Dash for other issues. My issue here is with the restaurant and the app. Who's checking the orders before they leave. I know the dashers can't check the order, but who checks at the restaurants? Then the store doesn't answer the phone or it doesn't work because you can't get anyone. Ordering delivery through the app doesn't mean I don't want a quality experience. I paid for extra vegetables and didn't get that. I ordered 2 kids' meals and neither had toys, which is a disaster for kids who like the food but want the toys really, also not worth the extra money they charge you for the toy option anyway. They left off the baby's chicken nuggets and put the cold apple juice on top of the hot fries that weren't hot after that. Then, when you contact customer service thru the app, you have to wait for 2-3 business days for them to contact you back about your missing items? How about a refund because you didn't give me what I paid for? I'm beginning to be so over these restaurants not honoring what's paid for. This isn't a free service. We actually pay money to get this, so just give us what we pay for!! And get your people in the stores to quality check the orders!!

Don’t come here if you actually want to be served as a paying customer. Went in a 1pm and waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes. Saw workers in the back, one taking a break in lobby. No one greeted us or said they’d be with us soon. One worker even walked by us and went to the restroom. This should be an absolute embarrassment for Burger King. We happily left and took our business elsewhere.
Terrible service, dirty tables. Yesterday on Wednesday night, November 13th, I bought a combo and the soda machine didn't have any drinks. You have to ask the cashier for a refill and he answers very reluctantly. The order was not as I asked for it. The Whopper didn't taste good. I think the meat was bad and I decided not to continue eating. After this, there were 3. Sorry for complaining about the service. I don't know the situation, but it was as if there was no manager present who could handle the situation. Today, Thursday the 14th, I had to go to the hospital with a stomach ache as a result of eating bad food.
If I had gone to another store, it would usually be very good, but this is not the case.

Thank you to the wonderful crew working at 10PM on 10/26/2024 - you all did a stellar job with our order. Everything was perfect and the service was friendly. I wish the app allowed us to leave specific positive feedback instead of just report issues, because these folks deserve the praise!

I have been buying Wednesday Whopper for $3, until they just recently raised the price to $3.99 quietly. I am no longer buying.

They might as well do everybody a favor and shut down this location. If you go an hour before closing, they say they're already closed and aren't accepting orders. If you go at 4 pm, the person at the drive-thru is so rude and frustratingly incompetent at taking your order, that you're forced to drive away, so they might as well not even pretend to take your order. They have some of the most ridiculous people ever working at this location.

I went to the drive-thru ordered a double wider with cheese with no tomatoes or onions got home tomatoes and onions around there and also jalapeno peppers The Coke is watered down and the onion rings are not cooked thoroughly they're squishy but a total waste of money and I didn't get a receipt so there's no way to get a refund

Do not recommend coming to Burger King now please listen why I went to this place earlier today. First impression was good until I ordered my food and got my food. There was the whole total of six hairs in my food No, I don’t know what but you need some more clean people because this is absolutely disgusting zero out of five stars
I love their rodeo burgers and French fries. Soda fountain, delicious Dr pepper over crushed Ice never flat
Only thing I didn't like is dining tables weren't clean
