Employee charged me additional fee for chocolate shake, which was fine. However I was later informed “we can’t make shakes” then proceeded to say we gave you a drink! so why should you recieved refund? Because the combo price includes drink whereas shake is additional even tho it is replaced by drink. Also the employees are not friendly or enthusiastic.

Grandsons enjoyed their Whopper Jr. Meals before heading to service. Food was fresh and they were satisfied. Customer Service in Drive-thru was excellent. Everyone smiled and greeted us! 2 👍👍 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Only thing bad now is this car thats ALWAYS parked in the handicapped zone. I have to struggle to get in there because this car with no placard or handicap license plate is always there. ?

I got a whopper jr w/ some fries & a small sprite! And an hour later, I caught a stomach bug! I had nausea, diarrhea, & abdominal pain, I suggest the Burger King by Target!
I asked for a Bacon Melt. And all my burger came with was meat and cheese. Very disappointed

I go repeatedly and they almost always give me the wrong order. (I order whopper with only meat and cheese) plain and it seems like they don't listen!!! I call them and THEY NEVER ANSWER!!! Bad service for that reason BK is going downhill. Pay attention if you have a business.

This is, by far, the worse Burger King I’ve ever witnessed. I’ve never had a successful visit to this specific Burger King. Even the manager is incompetent. I’ll never spend another penny with them. I just ordered and asked the manager to make sure cheese was on my whooper, she stated “YES CHEESE WAS ADDED!” I get on the interstate pull out the whooper, NO CHEESE!! This was really my last straw with them. Once I had to go back in 3 times before they got my meal correct and it was only the 2 for 5 whopper jrs with a spicy chicken wrap. I’ve never seen such laziness and careless individuals in one facility together.
