Just stopped by at 11:55pm and no one responded. I know it’s 5 minutes to close, but those are your hours and you are not honoring it, hence the bad review
Nice, clean store. Ladies at the counter were very curtious. Foodbwas presented nicely. Dined in.

The people are terrible every time I go. Tried to go for breakfast a few times and they're never open on time - sometimes opening 30 minutes to an hour late.

Very thankful! Jose, Anna, and Mari were very kind! They gave a crown, toy and a water cup to my child to enjoy, as we waited for our food. The food was hot and fresh when we received it. Great service! 5 stars! Very thankful!

Ive been going to B.K. for 60 years and thought it was impossible to get a bad whopper. Went to the B.K. on Monfort in dallas and that's what happened.they wouldn't answer the phone so I went back and went inside. I told the manager that I was served what seemed like an old burger. The meat was crumbling and it didn't have the flame broiled taste. The bread was not fresh. You pay $11 for a meal and you expect perfection. So I'll never go back to that one.

I came in and requested the Wednesday purple whopper w/ cheese. They gave me the a regular whopper. Rest of the order was correct. Not to devastated by it, was just mildly disappointed not getting my purple whopper, lol.

I walked in, I was the only one there, went to the register to order. Problem #1) I saw a male worker walking towards me but then he turned around & went to the back. I waiting for a while for someone to come to the front to take my order, no one came, so I decided to go to the restroom. Problem #2) Went to the restroom & there wasn’t any toilet paper. Went back to the register & now there was a guy there & I told him toilet paper is needed in the restroom. He sent a young lady to the restroom to solve that problem. I asked her who’s here to take orders, she said we are. I told her I tried to order when I first came in but no one took my order. Problem #3) I came back to the register finally a guy walked to the register… but he didn’t say anything. He just stood there looking at me. I’m like usually they say ‘’hello, how can I help you?’’ or ‘’hello, what can I get for you today?’’ but nothing. So I say hello anyway & told him what number I wanted. Problem #4) The guy interrupts me & says their fountain machine isn’t working & they can only give me water or a frozen drink. Bottom line, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Stay away from this restaurant because apparently they don’t want people coming in ordering food & supporting the business! 👎🏽👎🏽

If you're going to advertise you open at 5:30 am then be open at 5:30 am. Sitting in the drive-through it is currently 5:45 09/21/2024 and still waiting. 5:50 now guess im going to McDonald's they are always open 😢
Everything was very cool but I ate in a hurry, the air conditioners were very, very super cold, they should control that since it's not that hot and especially at night, I saw that people didn't even eat well, they threw away the soda because they couldn't drink it.
