I came through the drive through got my order and ask the manager Angie for ranch and BBQ. She responded bothered and quickly said it's 27cents with an attitude. Then she sent Sofia to the windows to give the sauces. As we are pulling out we notice the fries were old and hard? We circled back around, Angie saw us behind the other car. As we pulled up she said what was your order? I told Angie the manager she always have an attitude and that's why I don't like coming here. She said I never seen you before? I told her she has, I don't come a lot because of her. Angie said let me get someone else to help you? Your the manager? She sent Sophia, I told her that her manager is being unprofessional. Sophia started smiling? I told her it was not funny. Then she stop smiling and apologize? I don't think sophia realize that when a customer is complaining about service and the food, it's not the time to smile in the customers face? Angie is causing the business here to go down, she is not the manager you hired her to be. I have it on video on my phone, it's sad?
The drive thru was very unprofessional and run. She tried speaking in her language but realized she was being translating on my phone. Will never return .

The team was great — super friendly and efficient. The food was tasty and made just right. The place was also really clean and well-kept. Great experience overall!
BK needs to do better with their ingredients. I got a burger, and I hated it. The only thing I go for is the oreo shakes
The drive through lady straight up knew she didn’t put our cheeses tots in there. My mom said “check the bag real quick before we get home make sure everything’s there” and she suddenly remembered she forgot a fry and our 2 cheese tots! Very odd

Wrong order asked for cheese and didn't have it on my burger. I told them they handed me a slice of cheese SMH, then I asked for a refund and they were mad.
It’s they had a zero rating I would give it. The staff is disrespectful, rude and unconcerned. Food safety protocols not followed nasty and disgusting
We came in the drive thru and ordered 8 croissant sandwiches. They literally gave us one half of the bun on two of our sandwiches. My husband tried to call and the manager said we were lying and that they would NEVER do that. Why would we make that up? Horrible customer service. NEVER WILL BE GOING HERE AGAIN. Save your money and do the same.
Photo to show that the cheese was put directly on the paper. It melted on the wrapper. No way there was a bun there.
Ordered 20 mins in advance for pick up. Haven’t started preparation when I arrived. Then the cheese fries is empty in the middle. Melt burger didn’t melt yet.

Ok,so this is not the first time they mess up my order,even though I placed it in there and not the drive thru ,the people working there are nice ,but for some reason they just get my order wrong,so that's why only 3 stars
My food was cold and the onions had skin. Everything was cold. Never coming back
