I went here this afternoon with my husband, my dad, and a family friend. The service was good. However, my husband forgot his phone on the table and we didn't realize for about 3 hours.We share our phone location with each other, and I looked for him on Maps. I saw that his phone was at Burger King. My dad went back to pick it up as we had to get our daughters from school. He was quickly told it wasn't there. Nobody found it. But I could see that it was NOT ONLY in the store, but behind the counter, likely in the business office.We decided to go try our luck after picking up our kids. I explained the situation and was told by an employee that they hadn't found a phone. I reiterated that I knew it was there and showed her that I could see it on the map. She feigned disgust at me accusing them of trying to keep my husband's property. I told her I would just call the police.She walked away. I waited for a few minutes while the cashier, a fry cook, and the manager on duty talked, then I called 911.While I was on the phone with 911, the manager on duty went straight back to the office and got my husband's phone.This happened at around 5:20 PM today, November 27, 2023. I invite the franchise owners to review any surveillance cameras they have and watch what happened.

Employees turned me away in the middle of the day saying “the system was down”. Seems like there is no management whatsoever.
I went in on 10/3/23. Best service I’ve ever received going to this location. The manager and the crew were all pleasant and customer service was superb! I asked for fresh food and got just that with a smile and no attitude.. I’m not sure of the managers name but she was a young black lady and very sweet. Thanks so much for great customer service. Yesterday was long but you made my day complete! Kudos to you all.

So I’m. Not going to give a review on the store but on how the upper management treats it’s hard working employees. The Director of Operations over this location is a racist , rude, and unprofessional person. He only has one black store manager out of all the stores he runs. He does not know how to talk or treat people of a different race. They pay the Hispanics more than they do the African Americans. Also they allow Hispanic employees to clock in under other people’s social security numbers in order to obtain another check. There are so many things wrong with this franchise I could go on and on. But something needs to be done and it needs to be done ASAP!!!!!

Typical Burger King food, but it's always hot and fresh. Not a very busy store, but the workers are a pleasure to deal with. Easy access off of 75 and Forest.Kid-friendliness: They have a really nice play area for the children and it never seems very busy, which can be a plus.Parking: Lots of parking, including handicap.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right at the door. Wheelchair accessible tables.
